【摘要】：無(wú)軸承電機(jī)(Bearingless Motors),通過(guò)定子槽內(nèi)極對(duì)數(shù)相差為一的兩套繞組相互作用實(shí)現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)子同時(shí)旋轉(zhuǎn)和懸浮,從而改變了傳統(tǒng)電機(jī)的支撐方式。與其他類型的無(wú)軸承電機(jī)相比,無(wú)軸承異步電機(jī)(Bearingless Induction Motors,BIM)結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、氣隙均勻、齒槽脈動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)矩低、易于弱磁控制等優(yōu)點(diǎn),適合在高速、真空、強(qiáng)腐蝕污染等惡劣環(huán)境下運(yùn)行,是當(dāng)前特種電力傳動(dòng)和無(wú)軸承電機(jī)領(lǐng)域的研究熱點(diǎn)之一。本文在國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目(51475214)和江蘇省自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目(BK20141301)的資助下,在分析BIM運(yùn)行原理并建立其數(shù)學(xué)模型的基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)直接轉(zhuǎn)矩控制系統(tǒng)中的響應(yīng)脈動(dòng)大的問(wèn)題,重點(diǎn)研究了BIM三電平的空間矢量直接轉(zhuǎn)矩控制(Space Vector Modulation Direct Torque Control,SVM-DTC)和基于自抗擾控制器(Active Disturbance Rejection Controller,ADRC)優(yōu)化的三電平SVM-DTC,具體內(nèi)容如下:首先,闡述了BIM的研究背景、發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢(shì),介紹了多電平逆變器的基本理論及三電平逆變器的數(shù)學(xué)模型,并在此基礎(chǔ)上將三電平SVM-DTC系統(tǒng)引入到BIM,在Matlab/Simulink平臺(tái)中搭建了控制系統(tǒng),對(duì)兩電平和三電平SVM-DTC進(jìn)行了仿真對(duì)比分析。其次,在介紹傳統(tǒng)PID調(diào)節(jié)器和ADRC模型和原理的基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)PID調(diào)節(jié)器的不足,設(shè)計(jì)了基于ADRC優(yōu)化的轉(zhuǎn)速調(diào)節(jié)器和轉(zhuǎn)矩、磁鏈的閉環(huán)控制環(huán)節(jié)。建立了基于ADRC的BIM SVM-DTC系統(tǒng)并進(jìn)行了仿真分析。仿真結(jié)果表明,系統(tǒng)響應(yīng)超調(diào)降低,動(dòng)態(tài)響應(yīng)和抗干擾能力增強(qiáng)。最后,以TMS320F2812為主控芯片,分別設(shè)計(jì)了硬件和軟件系統(tǒng)并構(gòu)建了BIM數(shù)字控制系統(tǒng)實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái),并進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,采用三電平SVM-DTC建立的系統(tǒng)轉(zhuǎn)速和轉(zhuǎn)矩響應(yīng)脈動(dòng)降低,具有良好的動(dòng)、靜態(tài)性能。
[Abstract]:Bearingless motors can rotate and suspend the rotor simultaneously through the interaction of two sets of windings with a logarithmic difference in the stator slot, thus changing the support mode of the traditional motor. Bearingless Induction motors (BIMs) has the advantages of simple structure, uniform air gap, low torque ripple and easy to be controlled by weak magnetic field. It is suitable for running in high speed, vacuum, strong corrosion pollution, etc. It is one of the research hotspots in the field of special electric power transmission and bearingless motor. This paper is supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (51475214) and the Natural Science Foundation of Jiangsu Province (BK20141301). On the basis of analyzing the operation principle of BIM and establishing its mathematical model, aiming at the problem of large response pulsation in direct torque control system, Space Vector Modulation Direct Torque Control (SVM-DTC) of BIM three-level and three-level SVM-DTC based on active Disturbance Rejection controller (ADRC-based) optimization are studied. The main contents are as follows: firstly, the research background, development status and development trend of BIM are described. The basic theory of multilevel inverter and the mathematical model of three-level inverter are introduced in this paper. On this basis, the three-level SVM-DTC system is introduced into the SVM-DTC, and the control system is built in the Matlab/Simulink platform. The simulation of two-level and three-level SVM-DTC is compared and analyzed. Secondly, on the basis of introducing the traditional PID regulator and ADRC model and principle, aiming at the deficiency of PID regulator, the speed regulator and torque based on ADRC optimization are designed. The BIM SVM-DTC system based on ADRC is established and simulated. The simulation results show that the system response overshoot is reduced, the dynamic response and anti-jamming ability is enhanced. Finally, the TMS320F2812 is used as the main control chip. The hardware and software systems are designed, and the experimental platform of BIM digital control system is constructed. The experimental results show that the system based on three-level SVM-DTC reduces the speed and torque ripple, and has good movement. Static performance.
