【摘要】:近幾年,信息化在中國(guó)受到了廣泛關(guān)注,投資企業(yè)作為國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要支柱,在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中起著舉足輕重的作用。財(cái)務(wù)管理是衡量企業(yè)水平的標(biāo)桿,是企業(yè)發(fā)展的核心推動(dòng)力。ERP作為企業(yè)信息化的重要手段,重要性越來(lái)越突出。真正用好ERP系統(tǒng),對(duì)提升企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理水平、優(yōu)化資源配置、降低成本有重要意義。國(guó)家開(kāi)發(fā)投資公司作為國(guó)務(wù)院批準(zhǔn)設(shè)立的國(guó)有重要骨干企業(yè),自2004年實(shí)施ERP財(cái)務(wù)系統(tǒng)至今,已平穩(wěn)運(yùn)行超過(guò)10年,取得了顯著的成效。2016年為面對(duì)激烈的國(guó)內(nèi)外市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),對(duì)原有ERP系統(tǒng)提出了新的需求。改造的目的是通過(guò)規(guī)范財(cái)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)編碼體系實(shí)現(xiàn)統(tǒng)一核算,同時(shí)滿(mǎn)足集團(tuán)核算系統(tǒng)的延伸和拓展。通過(guò)需求分析了解國(guó)投原有ERP財(cái)務(wù)系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)狀,制定出相應(yīng)的改造方案。通過(guò)對(duì)財(cái)務(wù)人員等關(guān)鍵用戶(hù)的培訓(xùn)、用戶(hù)測(cè)試,實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)上線(xiàn)工作。最終達(dá)到集團(tuán)信息規(guī)范化、統(tǒng)一化、集成化,為企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)分析、大數(shù)據(jù)建設(shè)奠定基礎(chǔ)。本文以國(guó)家開(kāi)發(fā)投資公司為例,在綜合考慮原有ERP財(cái)務(wù)管理現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)其進(jìn)行ERP改造需求分析、方案設(shè)計(jì)、接口對(duì)接、測(cè)試培訓(xùn)、系統(tǒng)上線(xiàn)等工作,完成了 ERP系統(tǒng)登錄界面優(yōu)化,并對(duì)會(huì)計(jì)科目結(jié)構(gòu)、賬簿設(shè)置等基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了改造,同時(shí)配合關(guān)鍵用戶(hù)對(duì)歷史數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行調(diào)整、清理,最終優(yōu)化了系統(tǒng)功能和業(yè)務(wù)處理流程,通過(guò)通用接口平臺(tái)的開(kāi)發(fā),實(shí)現(xiàn)ERP與外部接口的數(shù)據(jù)交互的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化和可控制化,本次改造的目的是幫助投資企業(yè)更好的運(yùn)用ERP財(cái)務(wù)系統(tǒng),提高投資企業(yè)運(yùn)行效率,提升ERP系統(tǒng)易用性和友好性,最終促進(jìn)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。本次改造滿(mǎn)足了新會(huì)計(jì)體系對(duì)公司的要求,為公司經(jīng)營(yíng)管理決策和戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃提供了可靠的依據(jù)。通過(guò)改造,企業(yè)可以提升系統(tǒng)在財(cái)務(wù)核算、資金管理、報(bào)表管理及財(cái)務(wù)分析等方面的易用性、靈活性,實(shí)現(xiàn)財(cái)務(wù)信息的連貫性和可追溯性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, informatization has received extensive attention in China. As an important pillar of the national economy, investment enterprises play an important role in economic development. Financial management is the benchmark to measure the level of enterprises. ERP is the core driving force of enterprise development. As an important means of enterprise information, ERP is becoming more and more important. Using ERP system well can improve the level of financial management and optimize the allocation of resources. It is of great significance to reduce costs. As an important state-owned enterprise approved by the State Council, the State Development and Investment Corporation has been running smoothly for more than 10 years since the implementation of the ERP financial system in 2004. In 2016, in order to face the fierce market competition at home and abroad, a new demand was put forward for the original ERP system. The purpose of the transformation was to realize unified accounting by standardizing the financial data coding system. At the same time, to meet the needs of the extension and expansion of the Group Accounting system. Through needs analysis to understand the current situation of the original ERP financial system of the National Investment Corporation, to formulate a corresponding transformation plan. Through the training of key users, such as financial personnel, user testing, Finally, the group information is standardized, unified and integrated, which lays the foundation for the financial analysis of enterprises and the construction of big data. This paper takes the National Development and Investment Corporation as an example. On the basis of synthetically considering the present situation of the original ERP financial management, this paper analyzes the requirements of the ERP transformation, designs the scheme, interfaces, tests and trains the system, and completes the optimization of the login interface of the ERP system, and the structure of the accounting subjects. The basic data, such as book setting, have been reformed, and the historical data have been adjusted and cleaned with the help of key users. Finally, the system functions and business processes have been optimized, and the development of the general interface platform has been adopted. To realize the standardization and controllability of the data interaction between ERP and the external interface, the purpose of this reform is to help the investment enterprises to make better use of the ERP financial system, to improve the operation efficiency of the investment enterprises, and to enhance the ease of use and friendliness of the ERP system. This transformation meets the requirements of the new accounting system for the company, and provides a reliable basis for the company's business management and strategic planning. Through the transformation, the enterprise can upgrade the system in financial accounting. Ease of use, flexibility, consistency and traceability of financial information in fund management, statement management and financial analysis.
