【摘要】：隨著信息技術的快速發(fā)展以及2015年《國務院關于積極推進“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”行動的指導意見》(國發(fā)[2015]40號)及相關創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)政策的出臺,迫切需要高等職業(yè)院校進一步做好創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)、科學研究和企業(yè)、產(chǎn)業(yè)技術服務工作,這樣對原有科研管理與創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)進行變革及升級,以適應當前的需要。因此,需要針對高等職業(yè)的特點,摸清需求,開發(fā)一套實用好用、功能模塊齊全、管理方面、安全性高的科研管理系統(tǒng)是高等職業(yè)院校必然的選擇。此文以我校(襄陽職業(yè)技術學院)數(shù)字化校園三大平臺(統(tǒng)一門戶、統(tǒng)一身份認證、統(tǒng)一基礎數(shù)據(jù)平臺和信息標準)為基礎,認真梳理高職院科研管理需求,運用數(shù)據(jù)庫技術進行設計,在統(tǒng)一數(shù)據(jù)庫的基礎上分功能模塊對需求進行開發(fā)實現(xiàn)。本文主要研究內(nèi)容有:一是對開發(fā)高職院校的教學科研管理系統(tǒng)需要使用的關鍵技術進行了全面的了解和學習,基本掌握軟件工程的步驟和方法。二是根據(jù)高職院校教科研管理涵蓋的功能模塊及使用需求進行了分析設計,主要包括以下幾下方面:在線申報、教科研項目、學術論文、著作與教材成果、藝術創(chuàng)作、專利成果、咨詢研究報告成果、科技轉(zhuǎn)化、獲獎成果、科研成果查詢與考核等子系統(tǒng)。此外還有橫向項目、縱向項目、非科研口項目、科研資料歸檔等等方面。三是在統(tǒng)一數(shù)字化校園平臺基礎上對教學科研系統(tǒng)進行了開發(fā)與實現(xiàn)。已實現(xiàn)的功能模塊有:在線申報、教科研項目、學術論文、著作與教材成果、藝術創(chuàng)作、專利成果、咨詢研究報告成果、科技轉(zhuǎn)化、獲獎成果、科研成果查詢與考核等子系統(tǒng)。本系統(tǒng)目前只開發(fā)實現(xiàn)了上述常用的部分功能,并未完全實現(xiàn)所有的模塊,還有一些功能如:橫向科研項目、經(jīng)費管理、合同管理、非科研口項目管理、科研人員負面評價等相關功能模塊前期已經(jīng)整理需求,這些將在二期升級擴展中實現(xiàn)和進一步開發(fā)完善。此系統(tǒng)的投入使用,極大程度地提高了科研管理的辦公效率,初步實現(xiàn)了科研數(shù)據(jù)與數(shù)字化校園基礎平臺數(shù)據(jù)的交換與共享。鑒于我校是全國示范(骨干)職業(yè)院校,因此該系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn)對全國高等職業(yè)院校的信息化建設具有一定的參考、指導、示范、借鑒價值。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology and the publication of the State Council's guidance opinion on actively promoting "Internet" Action in 2015 (No. 40 of Guofa [2015]) and the related policies on innovation and entrepreneurship, there is an urgent need for higher vocational colleges and universities to further do a good job of innovative entrepreneurship. Scientific research and enterprise and industrial technology service work, so as to reform and upgrade the original scientific research management and innovation and entrepreneurship, so as to meet the current needs. Therefore, it is necessary to find out the needs of higher occupations, to develop a set of practical and useful, The scientific research management system with complete function modules, high management and high security is the inevitable choice of higher vocational colleges. This paper uses three platforms (unified portal, unified identity authentication) of digital campus in Xiangyang Vocational and Technical College. On the basis of unifying the basic data platform and information standard), combing the scientific research management needs of higher vocational colleges, and using database technology to design, The main contents of this paper are as follows: firstly, the key technologies needed to develop the teaching and scientific research management system in higher vocational colleges are comprehensively understood and studied. The second is to analyze and design the function modules and usage requirements of scientific research management in higher vocational colleges, including the following aspects: online application, scientific research projects, academic papers, etc. Works and textbook achievements, artistic creation, patent achievements, consulting and research report results, scientific and technological transformation, award-winning results, scientific research achievements inquiry and assessment subsystems. In addition, there are horizontal projects, vertical projects, non-scientific research mouth projects, etc. The third is the development and realization of the teaching and research system on the basis of the unified digital campus platform. The functional modules that have been realized are: online application, scientific research projects, academic papers, works and teaching materials. Art creation, patent achievements, consulting and research report results, science and technology transformation, award-winning achievements, scientific research achievements inquiry and examination, etc. The system has only developed and implemented some of the commonly used functions mentioned above, and has not fully realized all modules. There are also functions such as horizontal research projects, fund management, contract management, non-scientific research mouth project management, negative evaluation of scientific research personnel and other related functional modules that have been sorted out in the early stage of the demand. These will be realized and further developed and perfected in the second phase of upgrade and extension. The application of this system has greatly improved the efficiency of scientific research management. The exchange and sharing of scientific research data and digital campus basic platform data are realized preliminarily. In view of the fact that our university is the national demonstration (backbone) vocational college, the realization of this system has certain reference for the information construction of the national higher vocational colleges and universities.
