【摘要】：隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展完善,傳統(tǒng)的手工式資產(chǎn)管理模式逐漸不適應(yīng)于社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展要求,開(kāi)始轉(zhuǎn)向計(jì)算機(jī)管理模式。資產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)的科學(xué)高效對(duì)于整個(gè)資產(chǎn)管理的效率和水平而言都具有非常重大的作用。隨著我國(guó)中高等教育事業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,中高等教育得以普及推廣,極大的推動(dòng)了各級(jí)學(xué)校的發(fā)展。學(xué)校規(guī)模的擴(kuò)大致使資產(chǎn)總額不斷增長(zhǎng),對(duì)于學(xué)校資產(chǎn)管理也提出了更高的要求。而且,很多的學(xué)校并沒(méi)有實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)于資產(chǎn)的高效管理,存在一定的資產(chǎn)閑置甚至資產(chǎn)浪費(fèi)的情況,同時(shí)伴隨著學(xué)校資源緊缺的情況,這就在很大程度上要求學(xué)校強(qiáng)化資產(chǎn)管理,優(yōu)化調(diào)整資源配置,提高學(xué)校資產(chǎn)的利用效率。在此背景之下,加強(qiáng)學(xué)校資產(chǎn)管理的信息化建設(shè)顯得非常重要和必要,通過(guò)學(xué)校資產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)對(duì)于學(xué)校資產(chǎn)管理安全性的提升也具有較大作用。在本文中,通過(guò)對(duì)學(xué)校資產(chǎn)管理主要結(jié)構(gòu)和相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)流程的分析,了解學(xué)校資產(chǎn)管理方面的系統(tǒng)需求,并有針對(duì)性的在學(xué)校資產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)當(dāng)中對(duì)學(xué)校資產(chǎn)管理工作進(jìn)行優(yōu)化整合,進(jìn)一步提高學(xué)校資產(chǎn)管理效率。本文在面向?qū)ο笤O(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)之上對(duì)學(xué)校資產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)當(dāng)中涉及的主要角色和功能進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的設(shè)計(jì)和分析,并進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的用例分析,進(jìn)行學(xué)校資產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)的主要功能設(shè)計(jì),并進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)和測(cè)試。在本資產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)當(dāng)中,主要涉及資產(chǎn)申購(gòu)入庫(kù)管理、資產(chǎn)調(diào)撥管理、資產(chǎn)盤點(diǎn)管理、資產(chǎn)維修管理、資產(chǎn)報(bào)廢管理以及系統(tǒng)管理等功能。本文的學(xué)校資產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)主要選擇Visual Stutio2010作為系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)工具,而在數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的選擇方面,基于擴(kuò)展性和易于管理的特點(diǎn),主要選用了SQL Server2008,結(jié)合ASP語(yǔ)言進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)。在具體的系統(tǒng)實(shí)施過(guò)程當(dāng)中,直接將學(xué)校資產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)當(dāng)中的常用功能通過(guò)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化模塊進(jìn)行編寫,這就在一定程度上減少了程序代碼重復(fù)的編寫,極大的有利于系統(tǒng)的后續(xù)管理和維護(hù)。從整體上而言,本文的學(xué)校資產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)主要采取框架結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行布局。在分類欄目下進(jìn)行具體功能模塊的分類,這就利于對(duì)管理人員權(quán)限的分配。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of computer technology and network communication technology, the traditional manual asset management model is not suitable for the development of social economy. The scientific and efficient asset management system plays a very important role in the efficiency and level of the whole asset management. The popularization of secondary and higher education has greatly promoted the development of schools at all levels. The expansion of the scale of schools has led to the continuous growth of total assets, which has put forward higher requirements for the management of school assets. Many schools do not realize the efficient management of assets, there is a certain number of idle assets or even the waste of assets, at the same time, with the shortage of school resources, this requires schools to strengthen asset management to a large extent. Under this background, it is very important and necessary to strengthen the information construction of school assets management. In this paper, through the analysis of the main structure and related business process of school asset management, we understand the system requirements of school asset management. And targeted in the development and design of the school asset management system to optimize the integration of school assets management, Based on the object-oriented design technology, this paper designs and analyzes the main roles and functions involved in the school asset management system in detail, and makes a systematic use case analysis. The main functions of the school asset management system are designed, and the system is implemented and tested. In this asset management system, it mainly involves asset requisition and storage management, asset allocation management, asset inventory management, asset maintenance management, The school asset management system mainly chooses Visual Stutio2010 as the development tool of the system. In the selection of database, it is based on the characteristics of expansibility and easy to manage. SQL Server 2008 is selected to develop the system in combination with the ASP language. In the process of system implementation, the common functions of the school asset management system are written directly through the standardized module. This reduces the duplication of program code to a certain extent and greatly facilitates the subsequent management and maintenance of the system. The school asset management system of this paper mainly adopts the frame structure to carry on the layout, carries on the concrete function module classification under the classification column, this is advantageous to the management personnel authority assignment.
