基于ITIL框架的IT運(yùn)維管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:當(dāng)前,企業(yè)IT部門面臨越來越復(fù)雜的IT基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施與架構(gòu),以及眾多企業(yè)、地域、人員和品牌的管理。提升IT服務(wù)能力和業(yè)務(wù)組織保障能力的關(guān)鍵要素在于如何有效管理企業(yè)IT部門,充分整合IT部門資源、人員、技術(shù)、以及流程,并發(fā)揮最佳效力。ITIL針對這些可能發(fā)生的問題,提供一個(gè)可解決的指導(dǎo)性框架。本文設(shè)計(jì)的IT運(yùn)維管理系統(tǒng),其特性在于采用基于ITIL思想的運(yùn)維管理流程、運(yùn)用JBPM工作流引擎、以及面向服務(wù)架構(gòu)的系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)。系統(tǒng)將日常運(yùn)維工作流程化,運(yùn)用自動(dòng)化工具及時(shí)跟蹤流程的執(zhí)行情況。通過基于ITIL的流程化運(yùn)維管理將企業(yè)IT部門運(yùn)維人員從繁重的業(yè)務(wù)中解脫出來,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)IT運(yùn)維服務(wù)的流程化、自動(dòng)化以及規(guī)范化。本論文的主要研究包括如下三部分內(nèi)容:(1)IT運(yùn)維管理系統(tǒng)需求分析。給出IT運(yùn)維系統(tǒng)的功能說明,分別闡述IT運(yùn)維管理系統(tǒng)的具體功能需求、監(jiān)控對象以及管理流程。其中,IT運(yùn)維系統(tǒng)主要工作臺(tái)、服務(wù)級別管理、用戶信息管理、事件管理、問題管理、變更管理、發(fā)布管理、知識庫管理、日常運(yùn)維、統(tǒng)計(jì)分析、系統(tǒng)管理等功能模塊。IT運(yùn)維主要監(jiān)控對象包括網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)備、服務(wù)器硬件、操作系統(tǒng)、數(shù)據(jù)庫、中間件、網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)控、機(jī)房動(dòng)力環(huán)境、視頻監(jiān)控等。此外,論文展開分析了事件管理流程、問題管理流程、變更管理流程、發(fā)布管理流程、配置管理流程等IT運(yùn)維流程。(2)IT運(yùn)維管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)。論文給出IT運(yùn)維系統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)架構(gòu),以當(dāng)前主流的JBPM作為IT運(yùn)維系統(tǒng)的工作流引擎。在此基礎(chǔ)上,論文給出了IT運(yùn)維系統(tǒng)工作流流程設(shè)計(jì),包括工作流流程相關(guān)定義、事件管理流程、變更管理流程、問題管理流程、發(fā)布管理流程等流程設(shè)計(jì)。并給出IT運(yùn)維系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì)部分內(nèi)容。(3)IT運(yùn)維管理系統(tǒng)開發(fā)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。系統(tǒng)采用Java語言,基于J2EE體系架構(gòu)、采用B/S模式進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā),總體架構(gòu)基于面向服務(wù)的架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的服務(wù)并包含輕量靈活的數(shù)據(jù)持久層。重點(diǎn)闡述基于JBPM的流程實(shí)現(xiàn),包括JBPM流程的安裝、配置、開發(fā)等,其中JBPM的流程開發(fā)包括定義流程、部署流程、啟動(dòng)流程、執(zhí)行流程、完成任務(wù)等五個(gè)步驟。最后給出系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行界面。

Key elements to enhance IT service capabilities and business organization support capabilities are how to effectively manage an enterprise IT department and fully integrate IT department resources, people, technology, and processes, In view of these possible problems, ITIL provides a instructive framework to solve these problems. The characteristic of the IT operation and maintenance management system designed in this paper is that it adopts the operation and maintenance management flow based on ITIL thought, and uses the JBPM workflow engine. And a service-oriented architecture. The system processes daily operations and maintenance, Using automation tools to track the implementation of the process in time. Through the process operation and maintenance management based on ITIL, the operation and maintenance personnel of the enterprise IT department can be freed from the heavy business, so as to realize the flow of IT operation and maintenance service. Automation and standardization. The main research of this paper includes the following three parts: 1. The requirement analysis of IT operation and maintenance management system. The function description of IT operation and maintenance system is given, and the specific functional requirements of IT operation and maintenance management system are expounded respectively. Monitoring object and management flow. Main workbench, service level management, user information management, event management, problem management, change management, release management, knowledge base management, daily operation and maintenance, statistical analysis, etc. The main monitoring objects include network equipment, server hardware, operating system, database, middleware, network monitoring, computer room power environment, video surveillance and so on. In this paper, the process of event management, the flow of problem management, the flow of change management, the flow of release management, the flow of configuration management, and the design of IT operation and maintenance management system are analyzed, and the system architecture of IT operation and maintenance system is given. Based on the current mainstream JBPM as the workflow engine of IT operation and maintenance system, this paper presents the workflow process design of IT operation and maintenance system, including workflow process definition, event management process, change management process, and so on. The development and implementation of IT operation and maintenance system database are given. The system adopts Java language, based on J2EE architecture, and uses B / S model to design and develop IT operation and maintenance management system. The overall architecture is based on service oriented architecture design and contains lightweight and flexible data persistence layer. This paper focuses on the process implementation based on JBPM, including the installation, configuration and development of JBPM process, among which the process development of JBPM includes defining flow. Deployment process, startup process, execution process, task completion, etc. Finally, the system running interface is given.
