【摘要】：云服務(wù)作為依托于云計(jì)算平臺(tái)的新型網(wǎng)絡(luò)服務(wù)已得到廣泛應(yīng)用。大量功能屬性相同而非功能屬性不同的云服務(wù)往往使用戶(hù)難以選擇,同時(shí)其外包服務(wù)模式以及一些“pay-as-you-go”模式下的欺詐性行為也引起了用戶(hù)對(duì)于云服務(wù)及其提供商的信任問(wèn)題。引入第三方監(jiān)管機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行雙向信任監(jiān)管來(lái)保證提供和使用雙方的可信性,使具有資質(zhì)的可信第三方對(duì)云服務(wù)的質(zhì)量監(jiān)管成為云服務(wù)評(píng)價(jià)的主要標(biāo)準(zhǔn)之一,一個(gè)服務(wù)提供者和服務(wù)申請(qǐng)者都信任的可信第三方既可以對(duì)服務(wù)提供者的云服務(wù)進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,同時(shí)也能對(duì)惡意用戶(hù)進(jìn)行篩選,從而能形成統(tǒng)一的信任管理。針對(duì)目前云服務(wù)魚(yú)龍混雜的情況,結(jié)合云服務(wù)特征,提出一種基于能滿(mǎn)足用戶(hù)體驗(yàn)質(zhì)量(Quality of Experience,QoE)的服務(wù)評(píng)估與選擇方法,根據(jù)層次化QoE評(píng)價(jià)、模糊數(shù)學(xué)綜合評(píng)判決策為用戶(hù)篩選、推薦出既可信又符合用戶(hù)體驗(yàn)的云服務(wù)。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,該模型可以有效地提高交易成功率以及用戶(hù)整體滿(mǎn)意程度,對(duì)惡意實(shí)體的欺詐行為具有一定的抵御能力。
[Abstract]:Cloud services, as a new type of network services based on cloud computing platform, have been widely used. A large number of cloud services with the same functional attributes and different functional attributes often make it difficult for users to choose. At the same time, its outsourcing service model and some fraudulent behaviors under the "pay-as-you-go" mode have also caused users to trust cloud services and their providers. The introduction of third-party regulators to carry out two-way trust supervision to ensure the credibility of both providers and users. Making the quality control of cloud services by qualified trusted third parties one of the main criteria for cloud service evaluation, a trusted third party that both the service provider and the service applicant can verify the cloud service of the service provider, At the same time, it can also filter malicious users, so as to form a unified trust management. In view of the current situation of cloud services, combined with the characteristics of cloud services, This paper presents a method of service evaluation and selection based on satisfying the quality of user experience. According to hierarchical QoE evaluation, fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation decision is used to screen users, and cloud services which are both credible and consistent with user experience are recommended. The model can effectively improve the transaction success rate and the overall satisfaction of the user, and has a certain resistance to malicious entity fraud.
