【摘要】：當(dāng)前,自媒體這種新的傳播方式已經(jīng)廣泛地滲入到人們生活領(lǐng)域當(dāng)中。對自媒體傳播中科技倫理問題的研究,就是在對以網(wǎng)絡(luò)、信息、符號為中介的數(shù)字化生存狀態(tài)下人們價值取向的反思。科技帶給人們福祉或災(zāi)難不取決于科技本身,而在于操控和使用技術(shù)的人。本文在厘清自媒體傳播中的科技倫理意識主體后,從自媒體傳播中面臨的科技倫理問題著手,分析自媒體傳播中科技倫理問題產(chǎn)生的原因,提升自媒體傳播參與者的科技倫理意識,促進(jìn)其正確認(rèn)識自媒體技術(shù)活動的本質(zhì),使自媒體傳播活動向著合乎倫理規(guī)范的方向發(fā)展。本文借鑒了技術(shù)哲學(xué)、科技倫理、自媒體傳播等研究成果,運(yùn)用了文獻(xiàn)法、學(xué)科交叉分析法、理論聯(lián)系實際等研究方法,對自媒體傳播中科技倫理意識養(yǎng)成問題進(jìn)行探析。自媒體傳播中的科技倫理意識是自媒體傳播參與者對自媒體技術(shù)活動中蘊(yùn)含的倫理問題形成的正確認(rèn)知,并形成良好的社會責(zé)任感和價值取向。科技倫理意識具有依賴性、大眾性、前瞻性的特點(diǎn),對自媒體傳播中的科技倫理意識的培養(yǎng)有重要作用,首先,有助于對自媒體技術(shù)實踐活動進(jìn)行批判性反思,指導(dǎo)自媒體技術(shù)向著“應(yīng)如何”的方向發(fā)展。其次,對自媒體傳播中引發(fā)的倫理問題進(jìn)行監(jiān)督和調(diào)控。第三,促進(jìn)自媒體傳播活動的改進(jìn)與發(fā)展。在自媒體傳播過程中存在傳播主體倫理道德失范、傳播受眾非理性參與傳播活動、自媒體科技監(jiān)管體制不完善、科技教育模式不健全的問題,這會導(dǎo)致自媒體傳播中科技倫理問題的產(chǎn)生。自媒體傳播過程中科技倫理問題出現(xiàn)的原因,主觀方面包括自媒體傳播主體和傳播受眾在內(nèi)的傳播參與者科技倫理意識缺失,客觀方面包括自媒體科技監(jiān)管、科技教育體制亟待完善。本文的落腳點(diǎn)為應(yīng)對自媒體傳播中科技倫理失范現(xiàn)象,促進(jìn)自媒體傳播參與者的科技倫理意識養(yǎng)成。因此,在明確自媒體傳播中科技倫理意識養(yǎng)成的含義與目標(biāo)后,從人本意識、風(fēng)險意識、責(zé)任意識、公平意識、誠信意識五個方面提升自媒體傳播參與者的科技倫理素養(yǎng)。同時,從教育改革、制度建設(shè)、技術(shù)監(jiān)管、社會輿論四個方面形成科技倫理意識養(yǎng)成的路徑與方法。
[Abstract]:At present, the new way of communication of the self-media has been widely infiltrated into the field of people's life. The research on the ethical issues of science and technology in the self-media communication is to use the network, the information, The reflection of people's value orientation under the condition of digital existence mediated by symbol. Science and technology does not bring people welfare or disaster depends on science and technology itself. After clarifying the main body of science and technology ethics consciousness in media communication, this paper begins with the scientific and technological ethical problems in media communication, and analyzes the causes of the scientific and technological ethical problems in media communication. To promote the scientific and technological ethics consciousness of the participants in self-media communication, to promote their correct understanding of the nature of self-media technical activities, and to make the self-media communication activities develop in the direction of ethical norms. This paper draws lessons from the philosophy of technology, the ethics of science and technology, Since the media communication and other research results, the use of literature method, interdisciplinary analysis, theory combined with practice and other research methods, This paper probes into the cultivation of scientific and technological ethics consciousness in self-media communication. The scientific and technological ethics consciousness in self-media communication is the correct cognition of self-media participants' formation of the ethical problems contained in self-media technical activities. And form a good sense of social responsibility and value orientation. The ethical consciousness of science and technology has the characteristics of dependence, popularity and foresight, which plays an important role in the cultivation of scientific and technological ethics consciousness in self-media communication. It is helpful to critically reflect on the practical activities of self-media technology and guide the development of self-media technology in the direction of "how to". Secondly, to supervise and regulate the ethical problems caused by self-media communication. Third, To promote the improvement and development of self-media communication activities. In the process of self-media communication, there exists the ethical and moral anomie of communication subjects, the irrational participation of the audience in communication activities, and the imperfect regulatory system of self-media science and technology. Science and technology education model is not perfect, this will lead to the emergence of science and technology ethics problems in the media communication, the reasons for the emergence of science and technology ethics problems in the media communication process, The subjective aspect includes the lack of the scientific and technological ethics consciousness of the media participants, including the media communication subject and the communication audience, while the objective aspect includes the self-media science and technology supervision. The scientific and technological education system needs to be perfected urgently. The aim of this paper is to deal with the phenomenon of science and technology ethics in the self-media communication and to promote the cultivation of the scientific and technological ethics consciousness of the participants in the self-media communication. After defining the meaning and goal of the scientific and technological ethics consciousness in the media communication, the author promotes the scientific and technological ethical literacy of the participants in the media communication from the following five aspects: humanism, risk awareness, responsibility consciousness, fairness consciousness and honesty consciousness. The way and method of forming scientific and technological ethics consciousness from four aspects of educational reform, system construction, technical supervision and public opinion.
