【摘要】：如何在機場運行中對基本業(yè)務進行快速響應,成為實現(xiàn)機場高效運行的關鍵問題。行李分揀站分配主要是指在滿足操作需求的情況下分配可用的行李分揀站給一系列預分配好停機位的航班,其合理與否決定了行李能否高效順利地運送到旅客對應的航班飛機。本文研究樞紐機場的行李分揀站分配問題,主要工作如下:通過分析離港旅客與行李的分散聚合流程和機場行李的具體處理業(yè)務流程,提出了行李分揀站的分配問題,并給出了行李分揀站分配問題的業(yè)務約束以及分配操作中需滿足的強制要求。面向大型樞紐機場行李分揀站的運行實際,提出了衡量行李分揀站分配方案性能的三個不同評價指標,按照“先到先服務”原則,分別給出了首次適應法、均衡分配法及偏好分配法等三種不同的基于貪婪選擇策略的分配方案,以分別優(yōu)化不同的優(yōu)化指標�；诒本┦锥紘H機場實際運行數(shù)據(jù)的仿真實驗表明,提出的基于貪婪選擇策略三種不同分配方案能夠較好地分別優(yōu)化不同評價指標且能滿足機場不同的運行場景。針對貪婪選擇分配策略只能優(yōu)化某個性能指標且容易陷入局部最優(yōu)這一現(xiàn)象,論文將行李分揀站分配問題建模為一個多目標優(yōu)化問題,以實現(xiàn)多個性能指標的同時優(yōu)化,并利用遺傳算法的全局尋優(yōu)能力,研究給出基于遺傳算法的行李分揀站分配模型求解策略,根據(jù)問題的特性設計了遺傳算法的基因編碼、適應度函數(shù)、初始種群和遺傳操作等�；诒本┦锥紘H機場實際運行數(shù)據(jù)的仿真實驗表明,所建立的多目標優(yōu)化模型及其求解策略能夠實現(xiàn)對三個評價指標的同時優(yōu)化,且較之基于貪婪選擇的算法,通過不同權重的設置能實現(xiàn)單項評價指標的更優(yōu)。
[Abstract]:How about the basic business at the airport in the operation of fast response, become the key problem for the efficient operation of the airport baggage sorting station. The distribution is mainly refers to the meet operation needs under the condition of distribution of available baggage sorting station to a series of pre assigned parking flights, its reasonable or not determines whether efficient baggage smoothly passengers transported to the corresponding flight assignment problem. This paper studies the airport baggage sorting hub station, the main work is as follows: through the analysis of the specific business process from the dispersion polymerization and the flow of Hong Kong airport baggage Passengers and luggage, baggage sorting station of the proposed allocation problem, and gives the baggage sorting station distribution business constraints and meet the needs of distribution in operation requirement. For actual operation of large hub airport baggage sorting station, put forward to measure the baggage sorting station distribution plan performance Three different evaluation index, according to the "first come first serve" principle, are given the first fit method, equilibrium distribution method and preference allocation method three different greedy selection strategy based on distribution plan, to optimize the different index respectively. Simulation results show that the Beijing Capital International Airport based on actual operating data, the greedy choice three different allocation strategy could optimize different evaluation index and can satisfy the running scene. According to the different airport based on greedy choice allocation strategy can only optimize certain performance index and it is easy to fall into local optimal this phenomenon, the baggage sorting station modeling allocation problem as a multi-objective optimization problem, in order to achieve multi a performance index is also optimized, and the use of the global optimization ability of genetic algorithm, genetic algorithm research is given based on the baggage sorting station distribution model According to the characteristics of the problem solving strategy, the gene encoding genetic algorithm, fitness function, the initial population and genetic operation. Simulation results show that the Beijing Capital International Airport based on actual operating data, optimization can realize the optimization of the three evaluation index and multi-objective model and its solving strategies are established, and is based on the greedy choice through the algorithm, different weight settings to achieve the single evaluation index is better.
