【摘要】：化工質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)檢測信息管理系統(tǒng)是專門為化工質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)檢測相關(guān)的業(yè)務(wù)人員和客戶設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)的系統(tǒng)。本系統(tǒng)是在檢驗(yàn)檢測業(yè)務(wù)操作過程無紙化、流程化和規(guī)范化的背景下,通過閱讀文獻(xiàn)和調(diào)研設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)的。本系統(tǒng)開發(fā)主要包括數(shù)據(jù)庫的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)和客戶端應(yīng)用程序的開發(fā)與測試兩個(gè)方面。前者,要求數(shù)據(jù)庫具有數(shù)據(jù)的完整性、一致性和一定的安全性等特點(diǎn)。后者,要求程序具有界面友好、功能完備、方便使用等特點(diǎn)。本文主要做了以下幾方面的工作:(1)設(shè)計(jì)了數(shù)據(jù)庫的表和表字段,建立了用戶登錄信息表、員工信息表、樣品屬性表、客戶信息表、業(yè)務(wù)信息表、樣品檢測表和審評信息表,分別用來存儲(chǔ)受理業(yè)務(wù)信息、業(yè)務(wù)人員信息和客戶信息等。(2)開發(fā)了一個(gè)具有用戶登錄、密碼修改、信息錄入、任務(wù)分配、樣品檢測、樣品完驗(yàn)、樣品審評、報(bào)告簽發(fā)、客戶查詢、用戶權(quán)限管理等功能的化工質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)檢測系統(tǒng)。(3)根據(jù)系統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)需求,設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)測試案例,對開發(fā)出來的系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行功能測試。測試證明,該系統(tǒng)基本滿足了業(yè)務(wù)需求,提高了業(yè)務(wù)處理的效率。
[Abstract]:Chemical quality inspection and inspection information management system is specially designed and implemented for the relevant business personnel and customers of chemical quality inspection and testing. This system is paperless in the operation process of inspection and inspection. Under the background of flow and standardization, through reading literature and research design, this system development mainly includes two aspects: database planning, design and implementation and client application development and testing. The former is the former. The database is required to have data integrity, consistency and certain security characteristics. The latter, the program has a friendly interface, complete functions. This paper mainly do the following work: 1) designed the database table and table words, set up the user login information table, employee information table, sample attribute table, customer information table. Business information table, sample detection table and review information table, respectively used to store accepted business information, business personnel information and customer information, etc.) developed a user login, password modification, information input. Task assignment, sample detection, sample completion, sample review, report issuance, customer inquiry, user authority management and other functions of chemical quality inspection and inspection system. 3) according to system business requirements. A test case is designed to test the function of the developed system. The test results show that the system meets the business requirements and improves the efficiency of business processing.
