【摘要】:無(wú)論從地理學(xué)還是歷史學(xué)上看,新疆都是一個(gè)特殊而重要的區(qū)域。"一帶一路"治國(guó)方略的確立,尤其是絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶的向西延伸,使得新疆不再是國(guó)內(nèi)西部大開發(fā)的終端,而是以無(wú)可比擬的通道優(yōu)勢(shì),承擔(dān)起絲路復(fù)興的重任。時(shí)代賦予新疆新的歷史機(jī)遇,"一帶一路"視域下,新疆的發(fā)展空間被完全打開。新疆地處歐亞內(nèi)陸,幅員遼闊,民族眾多,與八國(guó)相鄰,擁有豐富的旅游資源。發(fā)展旅游業(yè)作為一種善的力量、一種良好的投資以及文化傳播的有效途徑,成為國(guó)家軟實(shí)力的體現(xiàn),與"一帶一路"的國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略發(fā)生緊密聯(lián)系。由于缺乏系統(tǒng)整體的謀劃安排,新疆旅游多年來一直處于"大美新疆"這一靜態(tài)的初級(jí)層次的宣傳上。本文最大的亮點(diǎn)是提出了 "宜居新疆"的傳播謀略新思維,認(rèn)為打造一個(gè)人文薈萃、風(fēng)韻獨(dú)特、民眾安居樂業(yè)的新疆,吸引更多人流涌入新疆旅游創(chuàng)業(yè),才是打造新疆發(fā)展內(nèi)生動(dòng)力的關(guān)鍵。本文以天山天池景區(qū)社區(qū)化建設(shè)為例,從天池源遠(yuǎn)流長(zhǎng)的絲路文化基因里,論證"宜居新疆"是歷史與現(xiàn)實(shí)、國(guó)家與民族共同的選擇。本文采用文獻(xiàn)綜述、歸納演繹等方法,把傳播學(xué)理論放入地緣政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)合作的研究中去,探討具有可操作性的旅游開發(fā)路徑和模式構(gòu)想。
[Abstract]:In terms of geography and history, Xinjiang is a special and important region. The establishment of "Belt and Road" governing strategy, especially the westward extension of the Silk Road economic belt. So that Xinjiang is no longer the terminal of the large-scale development of the domestic western region, but with the unparalleled channel advantage, it undertakes the heavy task of the silk road renaissance. The times give Xinjiang a new historical opportunity, under the "Belt and Road" horizon. Xinjiang is located in the interior of Eurasia, vast territory, a large number of nationalities, adjacent to the eight countries, with rich tourism resources. Development of tourism as a good force. A good way to invest and spread culture becomes the embodiment of national soft power, which is closely related to the national strategy of "Belt and Road". Due to the lack of systematic overall planning arrangements. Xinjiang tourism has been in the static primary level of propaganda for many years. The biggest bright spot of this paper is to put forward the "livable Xinjiang" communication strategy new thinking, think that to create a cultural meta-collection. Xinjiang, with its unique charm and people living and working in peace and contentment, attracts more people into Xinjiang to start tourism, which is the key to the development of Xinjiang. This paper takes the construction of Tianchi scenic spot in Tianshan as an example. From the long history of Tianchi silk road culture gene, it is proved that "livable Xinjiang" is the common choice of history and reality, the country and the nation. This paper adopts the methods of literature review, induction and so on. This paper puts the theory of communication into the study of geopolitical and economic cooperation, and probes into the operable path and mode of tourism development.
