【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡(luò)釣魚作為電信詐騙的一種典型欺詐手段,已經(jīng)引起學(xué)術(shù)界廣發(fā)關(guān)注。網(wǎng)絡(luò)釣魚是一種利用社會工程和技術(shù),針對用戶身份數(shù)據(jù)和金融賬號進(jìn)行欺騙的犯罪機(jī)制。網(wǎng)絡(luò)釣魚防御是網(wǎng)絡(luò)釣魚的一種對抗手段。經(jīng)過十幾年的研究,網(wǎng)絡(luò)釣魚防御已經(jīng)取得了一定的研究成果,但當(dāng)前的網(wǎng)絡(luò)釣魚攻擊采用團(tuán)隊(duì)化、機(jī)構(gòu)化作戰(zhàn),攻擊依舊很猖獗。針對當(dāng)前網(wǎng)絡(luò)釣魚攻擊者的團(tuán)隊(duì)化、機(jī)構(gòu)化作戰(zhàn)的行為方式,提出一種融合多重特征的釣魚網(wǎng)站聚類算法。通過構(gòu)造釣魚網(wǎng)頁DOM樹,提取出描述釣魚網(wǎng)站的特征,采用Kulczynski 2算法計算相似度,最后利用K-Means算法進(jìn)行聚類分析。對eBay、PayPal的聚類結(jié)果分析,驗(yàn)證了網(wǎng)絡(luò)釣魚攻擊者的團(tuán)隊(duì)化作案行為特征。本文的主要工作與貢獻(xiàn)在于:(1)提出一種融合多重特征的釣魚網(wǎng)站聚類算法。本論文取樣于eBay、PayPal的釣魚網(wǎng)站。首先,對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行預(yù)處理,并構(gòu)造其DOM樹。然后使用句法指紋算法進(jìn)行特征描述,構(gòu)造特征庫進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一索引,計算相似度。最后,基于這個數(shù)據(jù)庫對釣魚網(wǎng)頁進(jìn)行相似度聚類。(2)基于算法進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)分析。對特征庫中實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)對象進(jìn)行K-means聚類后,得到其聚類結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):eBay釣魚網(wǎng)站聚類結(jié)果簇類中發(fā)現(xiàn)有83.6%的釣魚網(wǎng)站相似度值相近或相等,PayPal釣魚網(wǎng)站聚類結(jié)果簇類中發(fā)現(xiàn)有73.0%的釣魚網(wǎng)站相似度值相近或相等。
[Abstract]:As a typical phishing fraud means of telecommunications fraud, has attracted academic attention. GF phishing is a use of social engineering and technology, to carry out criminal deception mechanism for user identity data and financial account. Phishing defense is a means of phishing. After ten years of research, phishing defense has made some achievements, but the current phishing attacks by team, mechanism of combat, attack is still rampant. In view of the current phishing attack team, the way of operational mechanism, proposed a fusion of multiple features of phishing phishing web clustering algorithm. By constructing DOM tree, extraction a description of the characteristics of phishing sites, using Kulczynski algorithm to calculate the similarity of 2, finally using the K-Means algorithm for clustering analysis. The analysis results of eBay, PayPal clustering The verification team into the case, behavior characteristics of phishing attackers. The main work and contributions of this paper are as follows: (1) proposed a fusion of multiple features of phishing sites clustering algorithm. This paper sampling in eBay, PayPal of the phishing site. Firstly, preprocess data, and construct the DOM tree. Then use the fingerprint syntactic feature description algorithm, structure feature library unified index, calculating the similarity. Finally, based on the database of phishing web similarity clustering. (2) the experiments of image analysis based on K-means clustering. After the experimental data in the feature library, the clustering results showed that: eBay clustering results in clusters of phishing sites there are 83.6% phishing sites found similarity values of similar or equal PayPal, the clustering results in clusters of phishing sites phishing sites found similarity value of 73% similar or equal.
