【摘要】：近年來,伴隨著人們物質(zhì)條件的日益加強,國民逐漸在精神方面有了更多的需求,同時,為響應(yīng)我國領(lǐng)導(dǎo)層構(gòu)建書香社會的號召,大眾焦點開始向文化、藝術(shù)等方面轉(zhuǎn)移。這時候,城市中承擔(dān)文化傳播職責(zé)的實體書店被推上風(fēng)口浪尖,如何克服種種經(jīng)營困難,找到適合自己的生存方式成為相關(guān)人員討論的話題。本文立足于對城市實體書店創(chuàng)新經(jīng)營模式的探討,結(jié)合對當(dāng)下相對成功的書店進行案例分析以及用網(wǎng)絡(luò)問卷的方式對人們的相關(guān)看法進行調(diào)查,以期探尋到最適合實體書店經(jīng)營的創(chuàng)新模式。文章第一部分闡述本文論題的目的、意義以及研究現(xiàn)狀等。第二部分對城市實體書店進行概述性描述,首先是包括其定義、特點等方面的描述;其次詳細的闡述新中國成立以來實體書店的四個發(fā)展時期;接著是對城市實體書店存在意義的敘述。第三部分為本文主體部分,從三個方面對城市實體書店進行分析,第一,基于案例調(diào)查的實體書店創(chuàng)新經(jīng)營模式分析;第二,基于消費者購書以外的消費需求的相關(guān)分析;第三,根據(jù)人們對實體書店功能分區(qū)的需要來探索實體書店到底應(yīng)該提供怎樣的文化服務(wù)。第四和第五部分分別闡述城市實體書店創(chuàng)新經(jīng)營模式存在的困難及相關(guān)原因分析和解決對策。第六部分為結(jié)語。本文定題為"城市實體書店創(chuàng)新經(jīng)營模式的調(diào)查與思考",旨在分析現(xiàn)有成功的實體書店的創(chuàng)新經(jīng)營模式,給仍在彷徨無助的實體書店以改進的范本,讓城市實體書店能夠更好的承擔(dān)自身文化傳承的責(zé)任,同時,發(fā)現(xiàn)城市實體書店創(chuàng)新經(jīng)營過程中遇到的困難及相關(guān)原因,并提出一些個人的看法,希望能給實體書店遇到的困難提供一點幫助。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the increasing material conditions of people, people gradually have more spiritual needs. At the same time, in response to the call of China's leadership to build a literate society, the public focus began to culture. Art and other aspects of the transfer. At this time, the city assumed the responsibility of cultural transmission of the physical bookstore was pushed to the forefront, how to overcome all kinds of operational difficulties. Finding a suitable way to survive has become a topic of discussion. This paper is based on the discussion of the innovative business model of urban entity bookstores. Combined with the current relatively successful bookstore case study and the use of online questionnaires to investigate people's related views. In order to find the most suitable innovative mode for the operation of physical bookstores. The first part of the article describes the purpose, significance and research status of this paper. The second part of the urban entity bookstores for a general description. First, it includes its definition, characteristics and other aspects of the description; Secondly, it elaborates in detail the four periods of development of the entity bookstores since the founding of New China. The third part is the main part of this paper, from three aspects of the analysis of urban entity bookstores, first, the case based analysis of the innovative business model of physical bookstores; Secondly, based on the analysis of consumer's consumption demand other than the purchase of books; Number three. According to the needs of the functional partition of the physical bookstores to explore what kind of cultural services should be provided by the physical bookstores. Part 4th and 5th respectively expound the difficulties and related reasons of the innovative operation mode of the urban entity bookstores. Analysis and solution countermeasures. Part 6th is the conclusion. The title of this article is " The investigation and thinking of the innovative management mode of urban entity bookstores. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the innovative business model of the existing successful entity bookstores, and to give the helpless entity bookstores an improved model, so that the urban entity bookstores can better bear the responsibility of their own cultural heritage, and at the same time. This paper finds out the difficulties encountered in the process of innovation and operation of urban entity bookstores and the relevant reasons, and puts forward some personal views, hoping to provide some help for the difficulties encountered by the entity bookstores.
