【摘要】：氣象信息服務系統(tǒng)是國防建設,社會發(fā)展,經濟建設和人民生活的基礎性公共事業(yè),利用現(xiàn)在的氣象觀測技術,計算機,網(wǎng)絡和衛(wèi)星通信等現(xiàn)代化技術,開展氣象預報信息技術研究,提供氣象業(yè)務服務質量,對國計民生有非常重要的意義。現(xiàn)在面臨的問題是很多地方氣象局的氣象數(shù)據(jù)來自國家氣象局或者省氣象局,這些數(shù)據(jù)是不同格式,不同標準的,除此以外,各個氣象業(yè)務部門之間缺少溝通,查看各種監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)必須通過不同的業(yè)務服務系統(tǒng),與此還有操作多個獨立的軟件制作氣象預報,而做出預報以后還要通過各個獨立的平臺系統(tǒng)分發(fā),沒有統(tǒng)一的分發(fā)系統(tǒng),因此工作效率大受影響。還有地方的監(jiān)測網(wǎng)絡采集的氣象數(shù)據(jù),這些數(shù)據(jù)在不同的系統(tǒng)中存儲和顯示,給氣象人員管理數(shù)據(jù),預報天氣帶來了很多困難。本系統(tǒng)分析了以前氣象系統(tǒng)的不足,結合新的技術,開發(fā)出一套全新的氣象業(yè)務服務系統(tǒng)。本系統(tǒng)的特點是采用Oracle數(shù)據(jù)庫,存儲各種氣象數(shù)據(jù),同時添加新的監(jiān)測氣象數(shù)據(jù),并結合.NET Framework開發(fā)平臺,完成氣象業(yè)務服務系統(tǒng)的設計。系統(tǒng)使用ASP.NET技術,能顯示氣象數(shù)據(jù)的各種曲線和圖形,具有人性化的操作界面和管理功能。另外系統(tǒng)還具有擴展性,重用性,方便以后添加新功能,發(fā)布新的信息。實際應用表明,該系統(tǒng)滿足了用戶需求,具有實際的應用價值。
[Abstract]:The meteorological information service system is the basic public utility of national defense construction, social development, economic construction and people's life. It utilizes modern technologies such as meteorological observation technology, computer, network and satellite communication. To carry out research on meteorological forecast information technology to provide the quality of meteorological service. It is of great significance to the national economy and the people's livelihood. The problem now is that many meteorological data of the local meteorological offices come from the National Meteorological Bureau or the Provincial Meteorological Bureau. These data are in different formats and standards, in addition to that. There is a lack of communication between the various meteorological business departments, the view of various monitoring data must be through different business service systems, and there are also operations of a number of independent software to make weather forecasts. But after making the forecast, it will be distributed through the independent platform system, there is no unified distribution system, so the work efficiency is greatly affected. There are also meteorological data collected by the local monitoring network. These data are stored and displayed in different systems, which brings a lot of difficulties for meteorological personnel to manage data and forecast weather. This system analyzes the shortcomings of previous meteorological systems and combines new technologies. A set of new meteorological service system is developed. The characteristic of this system is to use Oracle database to store all kinds of meteorological data and to add new meteorological monitoring data at the same time. Combined with .NET Framework development platform, the design of meteorological service system is completed. Using ASP.NET technology, the system can display various curves and graphs of meteorological data. It has humanized operation interface and management function. In addition, the system also has expansibility and reusability, which makes it convenient to add new functions and release new information in the future. The practical application shows that the system meets the needs of users. It has practical application value.
