基于Creo平臺的汽車典型零部件低碳設(shè)計(jì)集成系統(tǒng)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展,汽車制造業(yè)迎來了高速發(fā)展的機(jī)遇。然而目前我國汽車制造業(yè)的發(fā)展主要依靠能源、資源的高投入,這種發(fā)展模式在一定程度上導(dǎo)致了我國資源的短缺與環(huán)境的污染。因此,為了應(yīng)對市場競爭,促進(jìn)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的綠色、健康發(fā)展,必須在汽車產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)過程中綜合考慮汽車產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)效率與環(huán)境屬性。將產(chǎn)品生命周期評價(jià)與CAD設(shè)計(jì)軟件集成,實(shí)現(xiàn)在汽車產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)過程中對其環(huán)境性能的實(shí)時評估,這對提高汽車產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)效率與環(huán)境性能具有一定的意義,是汽車產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)的重要研究方向。本文在對汽車產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)與制造工藝分析的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行了其生命周期碳排放分析,確定了汽車產(chǎn)品生命周期碳排放主要影響因素,并提出了汽車產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行低碳設(shè)計(jì)與制造的實(shí)施策略;基于汽車產(chǎn)品生命周期碳排放特性,提出了產(chǎn)品生命周期碳排放量化方法,運(yùn)用該方法對汽車產(chǎn)品生命周期碳排放進(jìn)行了量化研究,構(gòu)建了其生命周期碳排放量化模型,并從汽車產(chǎn)品的結(jié)構(gòu)、材料、工藝、拆卸回收的角度,構(gòu)造了汽車產(chǎn)品低碳評價(jià)指標(biāo),提出了識別汽車零部件低碳優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)潛能的方法,建立了評價(jià)結(jié)果與設(shè)計(jì)建議的反饋機(jī)制;對Creo二次開發(fā)技術(shù)、數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)及特征識別與匹配技術(shù)進(jìn)行了分析、研究,提出了汽車典型零部件低碳設(shè)計(jì)集成系統(tǒng)的理論實(shí)現(xiàn)方案;開發(fā)了汽車典型零部件低碳設(shè)計(jì)集成系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了在零件設(shè)計(jì)過程中實(shí)時評價(jià)零件的碳排放特性并反饋低碳改進(jìn)建議;最后,以汽車發(fā)動機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)過程為例,闡述了集成系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行流程與操作方法,驗(yàn)證了該集成系統(tǒng)的有效性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our country's economy, the automobile manufacturing industry has ushered in the opportunity of rapid development. However, the development of our country's automobile manufacturing industry mainly depends on the high investment of energy and resources. To a certain extent, this mode of development has led to the shortage of resources and environmental pollution in China. Therefore, in order to cope with the market competition, promote the green and healthy development of the automobile industry. The design efficiency and environment attribute of automobile product must be considered comprehensively in the process of automobile product design. Product life cycle evaluation and CAD design software should be integrated. To realize the real-time evaluation of its environmental performance in the process of automotive product design, which has certain significance to improve the design efficiency and environmental performance of automotive products. It is an important research direction of automobile product design. Based on the analysis of automobile product structure and manufacturing process, this paper analyzes the carbon emission of its life cycle. The main influencing factors of carbon emission in automobile product life cycle are determined, and the implementation strategy of low carbon design and manufacture for automobile product is put forward. Based on the carbon emission characteristics of automobile product life cycle, the method of product life cycle carbon emission is put forward, and the quantitative study of automobile product life cycle carbon emission is carried out by using this method. The life-cycle carbon emission model is constructed, and the low carbon evaluation index of automobile products is constructed from the perspective of structure, material, process, disassembly and recovery of automobile products. The method of identifying the potential of low carbon optimal design of automobile parts is put forward, and the feedback mechanism of evaluation results and design suggestions is established. The second development technology of Creo, database technology and feature recognition and matching technology are analyzed, and the theory realization scheme of low carbon design integration system for typical automobile parts is put forward. A low carbon design integrated system for typical parts of automobile is developed, which can evaluate the carbon emission characteristics of parts in real time and give feedback to the suggestions for low carbon improvement in the process of part design. Finally, taking the design process of automobile engine as an example, the operation flow and operation method of the integrated system are expounded, and the validity of the integrated system is verified.
