【摘要】:我國目前空氣污染嚴(yán)重,為了滿足綠色環(huán)保、節(jié)能減排的需求,也為了改善我國的能源供給結(jié)構(gòu),在未來幾年,可再生分布式能源仍會保持較高增速。微電網(wǎng)是一個可以有效整合可再生分布式電源、儲能、負(fù)荷等設(shè)備的電力系統(tǒng),可以做到大量消納分布式能源出力的作用,促進(jìn)新能源的發(fā)展。同時,我國新電改正在進(jìn)行,售電側(cè)放開意味著微電網(wǎng)作為5類售電主體可以參與電力市場的交易。根據(jù)世界電力市場的經(jīng)驗(yàn),微電網(wǎng)參與電力市場可以創(chuàng)造經(jīng)濟(jì)價值也可以幫助主網(wǎng)"削峰平谷",而能效管理是其中的關(guān)鍵一環(huán)。研究生期間參與863計劃(2014AA052001),在此項(xiàng)目中對微電網(wǎng)用戶側(cè)能效管理優(yōu)化進(jìn)行了研究。本文首先介紹了微電網(wǎng)能效管理的發(fā)展情況和涉及微電網(wǎng)能效管理的幾個關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。從能效管理的基礎(chǔ)分布式電源出力預(yù)測和負(fù)荷預(yù)測入手,分析并比較了不同預(yù)測手段的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),最終選擇了更符合微電網(wǎng)特點(diǎn)的基于統(tǒng)計學(xué)的小波神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)作為預(yù)測模型。然后基于電力市場機(jī)制選擇了日前調(diào)度和實(shí)時調(diào)度相結(jié)合的調(diào)度策略,在不同時間尺度下對微電網(wǎng)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,這有效解決了日前預(yù)測誤差帶來的影響,提升了經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。接著,文章根據(jù)微電網(wǎng)的特點(diǎn)建立了數(shù)學(xué)模型,并結(jié)合微電網(wǎng)的實(shí)際數(shù)據(jù)在Matlab平臺上進(jìn)行仿真驗(yàn)證。然后,為了實(shí)現(xiàn)能效管理的自動化和智能化要求,基于Qt平臺實(shí)現(xiàn)了能效管理的軟件設(shè)計,可以在軟件中實(shí)現(xiàn)預(yù)測、調(diào)度、監(jiān)控等功能,便于微電網(wǎng)的運(yùn)營管理。
[Abstract]:China's current air pollution is serious, in order to meet the green environmental protection, energy-saving emission reduction requirements, in order to improve the structure of energy supply in our country, in the next few years, renewable distributed energy will continue to maintain a high growth rate. The micro grid is an effective integration of renewable distributed power, energy storage, power system load and other equipment. You can do a lot of consumptive distributed energy generation effect, promote the development of new energy. At the same time, China's new electricity reform is underway, the sale of electricity side release means that micro grid as the 5 kind of the sale of electricity in the electricity market can be subject to power. According to the world market experience, micro grid in power market can create economic value can also help the main peak of Pinggu ", and the energy management is the key part. Graduate students participated in 863 plan (2014AA052001), in the project of micro grid user side energy management optimization Were studied. This paper first introduces the development of micro grid energy management and micro grid energy management involves several key technologies. Starting from the basic energy management of distributed power output prediction and load prediction, analyzed and compared the advantages and disadvantages of different forecasting methods, the final choice was more in line with the characteristics of micro grid and wavelet neural network based on the statistics as a forecasting model. Then the power market mechanism based on the day before the selection of scheduling and real-time scheduling combining scheduling strategy in different time scales to optimize the micro grid, which effectively solved the impact on the former prediction error, improve the economic efficiency. Then, the paper establishes the mathematical model according to the characteristics of micro the grid, combined with the actual data of the micro grid simulation on the Matlab platform. Then, in order to realize the automation and intelligent energy management requirements, Based on the Qt platform, the software design of energy efficiency management is realized. It can realize the function of forecasting, scheduling, monitoring and so on in the software, so as to facilitate the operation and management of the microgrid.
