【摘要】:建筑幕墻具有良好的抵御風雨侵襲和潮濕空氣滲透的能力,相較于傳統圍護結構,建筑幕墻還具有重量輕的特點,因而相較于傳統圍護結構減少了超高層建筑的地震作用。近年來,采用幕墻作為外觀效果的高層及超高層建筑越來越多,而幕墻施工的難度也越來越高各構件的施工驗算、施工安全管理等問題也越來越突出。本次研究以某超高廣播電視多功能發(fā)射塔外幕墻懸挑式型鋼施工平臺的設計和搭設為研究對象進行施工驗算、施工安全管理等方面的研究。超高層建筑不斷刷新的建筑高度及日新月異的外立面表達對我國現有幕墻施工方式的現狀提出了新的要求,隨著建筑幕墻的廣泛運用,其施工設計的問題也越來越突出。幕墻施工技術要求嚴格,施工難度較大,施工條件也受到多方面的制約。但是幕墻行業(yè)發(fā)展迅速,已經成為建筑行業(yè)的主流工程。在這種情況下,專業(yè)從幕墻施工的公司也如雨后春筍一般的出現,行業(yè)規(guī)模逐漸擴大開來,很多施工中的問題也就隨之而出現。幕墻裝飾公司的施工技術參差不齊,其中一些施工單位沒能做施工方案設計以至在施工過程中出現了很多技術性問題。如何提高懸挑式施工操作平臺的安全性,確保懸挑式施工操作平臺的施工安全,已成為當前迫切需要解決的一項重要課題。本文在建筑幕墻工程實踐中總結經驗教訓,從懸挑式施工操作平臺的設計計算、搭設與拆除、架體結構細部處理、施工組織等方面來闡述幕墻工程的施工要點,經研究發(fā)現在施工方案的設計重點在于施工操作平臺的設計計算及施工組織管理,特別是腳手架整體設計、型鋼梁懸挑平臺驗算、吊籃安全驗算、施工方案編制等方面要滿足施工的要求。通過案例實證,按照以上施工程序,把握關鍵技術要點,使工程達到降低施工安全風險、保證施工工期、實現良好經濟效益的目的,同時提高工程質量,滿足技術規(guī)范要求并且通過幕墻工程檢測。本文對超高廣播電視多功能發(fā)射塔外幕墻工程懸挑式型鋼施工平臺的設計和搭設在施工設計、構件驗算及施工方案編制等方面存在的潛在問題進行識別與分析,結合工程實踐總結幕墻工程施工過程中的安全管理和控制措施,為日后超高廣播電視多功能發(fā)射塔外幕墻施工平臺的構件驗算及施工方案編制提供參考和依據。
[Abstract]:Architectural curtain wall has a good ability to resist wind and rain attack and moist air infiltration. Compared with the traditional enclosure structure, building curtain wall also has the characteristics of light weight. In recent years, more and more high-rise and super high-rise buildings have been used to use curtain wall as the appearance effect. The construction of curtain wall is more and more difficult. The construction safety management and other problems are becoming more and more prominent. This study takes the design and erection of the cantilevered steel construction platform of a certain ultra-high radio and television multi-function transmitting tower outer curtain wall as the research object to carry out the construction checking calculation. Construction safety management and other aspects. The continuous renovation of the building height of super-high-rise buildings and the ever-changing expression of the facade put forward new requirements for the current situation of curtain wall construction in China. With the wide use of curtain wall, the construction design problem is more and more prominent. Curtain wall construction technology requirements are strict, construction difficult, construction conditions are also restricted by many aspects. But curtain wall industry is developing rapidly. Has become the mainstream of the construction industry. In this case, professional from curtain wall construction companies are also springing up in general, the industry scale gradually expanded. A lot of construction problems also appear. The construction technology of curtain wall decoration company is not uniform. Some of the construction units failed to design the construction scheme and even appeared a lot of technical problems in the construction process. How to improve the safety of the cantilevered construction operating platform. To ensure the construction safety of the cantilevered construction platform has become an urgent need to solve an important issue. This paper summarizes the experience and lessons in the construction curtain wall engineering practice. From the aspects of design and calculation of cantilever construction operation platform, erection and demolition, frame structure detail treatment, construction organization and so on, the construction essentials of curtain wall engineering are expounded. Through the study, it is found that the design emphasis of the construction scheme lies in the design calculation and construction organization management of the construction operation platform, especially the overall design of scaffold, the checking calculation of type steel beam cantilever platform, and the safety checking calculation of the hanging basket. Through the case study, according to the above construction procedure, we should grasp the key technical points, so as to reduce the construction safety risk and ensure the construction period. At the same time, the project quality is improved. Meet the requirements of the technical specifications and through the curtain wall engineering detection. The design and construction design of the cantilevered steel construction platform for the UHV multi-function transmitting tower external curtain wall engineering. The potential problems of component checking calculation and construction scheme are identified and analyzed, and the safety management and control measures in the construction process of curtain wall engineering are summarized in combination with engineering practice. It provides reference and basis for the component checking calculation and construction scheme compilation of the construction platform of the outer curtain wall of the super high radio and television multifunctional transmitting tower in the future.
