【摘要】：當(dāng)前,在醫(yī)療行業(yè)的信息化發(fā)展浪潮中,全國有75%的二級及以上醫(yī)院建立了醫(yī)院管理信息系統(tǒng)(HIS)、影像存儲與管理系統(tǒng)(PACS)、實驗室信息系統(tǒng)(LIS)、電子病歷(EMR)等信息系統(tǒng),涵蓋了病患診療期間的所有信息。根據(jù)IDC的預(yù)測,2014年中國智能手機用戶將超過5億,移動信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展改變了人們的生活方式,也將改變?nèi)藗兛床【歪t(yī)的方式。在國家倡導(dǎo)“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”行動計劃指引下,越來越多的移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)應(yīng)用與傳統(tǒng)行業(yè)逐步融合。國家自2009年深化醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生體制改革以來,公立醫(yī)院作為提供醫(yī)療服務(wù)的主體,逐步認識利用信息化建設(shè)簡化就診流程,方便群眾就醫(yī)的重要意義。當(dāng)前大多數(shù)醫(yī)院的門診服務(wù)方式中仍然沿用窗u服務(wù)和現(xiàn)場服務(wù)的模式,患者要到醫(yī)院才能掛號、繳費、候診,醫(yī)生只能在醫(yī)院的門診工作站電腦上才能完成醫(yī)療服務(wù)相應(yīng)操作,患者只能被動的接受服務(wù),不利于醫(yī)療服務(wù)的主動提供和服務(wù)水平的提升。為了簡化患者就診流程,本文提出了基于移動智能終端的門診服務(wù)系統(tǒng)并進行了研究實現(xiàn)。該系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建了“線上+線下”、服務(wù)閉環(huán)和綜合數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)的門診醫(yī)療服務(wù)新體系；依托互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù),按照數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ)層、服務(wù)提供層和客戶端服務(wù)層三層體系架構(gòu)設(shè)計,實現(xiàn)醫(yī)院概況、用戶管理、預(yù)約掛號、當(dāng)日掛號、門診排隊、報告單服務(wù)和門診繳費七類業(yè)務(wù)功能。本文針對業(yè)務(wù)流程中的全預(yù)約號源池、在線支付和爽約等三個關(guān)鍵問題進行了深入分析和功能設(shè)計,解決了系統(tǒng)運行中的難點。本文設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)的“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+門診”的服務(wù)模式,較好的滿足了當(dāng)前用戶需要,并在醫(yī)院的實際應(yīng)用中取得了良好的效果。
[Abstract]:At present, in the tide of informatization development in medical industry, there are 75% national level two and above, the hospital has established a hospital management information system (HIS), image storage and management system (PACS), laboratory information system (LIS), electronic medical records (EMR) and other information systems, covering all the information during the diagnosis and treatment of disease according to IDC forecasts, China intelligent mobile phone users in 2014 will exceed 500 million, the development of mobile communication technology has changed people's way of life, it will change the way people see a doctor for medical treatment. In the national advocate "Internet plus" action plan under the guidance of mobile Internet and traditional industries more and more gradually. Since the fusion state since 2009 to deepen the reform of the medical and health system, public hospitals as the main body to provide medical services, gradually understand the simplified treatment process by using the information construction, an important significance to facilitate the masses. Most of the current hospital Still use the windows u service and on-site service mode of outpatient service mode, patients should go to the hospital to register, payment, waiting, only in the hospital outpatient doctor workstation on the computer to complete the corresponding operation of medical services, patients can only passively accept the service, unfavorable to medical service offer and to improve service level. To simplify the treatment process, this paper proposes the outpatient service system based on mobile intelligent terminal is studied. The system builds the "Online + offline", the new outpatient medical service system and closed-loop integrated data services; based on Internet technology, according to the basic data layer, service layer and client layer three layer service the design of the architecture, implementation of hospital survey, user management, appointment registration, date of registration, outpatient queuing, report service and outpatient payment service functions. In this paper, seven kinds of According to the business process in the reservation source pool, online payment and miss the three key issues in-depth analysis and functional design, solve the problems in the running of the system. The design and implementation of the "Internet plus outpatient" service mode, better meet the needs of users, and achieved good results in the practical application of the hospital.
