【摘要】：作為機(jī)關(guān)部門(mén)的重要組成部分,看守所在社會(huì)勞教等方面扮演著重要的角色。濟(jì)陽(yáng)縣看守所作為管理本縣的勞教機(jī)關(guān),負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)轄區(qū)內(nèi)部的嫌疑犯人等人群進(jìn)行管理�；谀壳艾F(xiàn)代化安防建設(shè)的趨勢(shì),濟(jì)陽(yáng)縣看守所決定對(duì)其內(nèi)部的整體安防能力進(jìn)行全面提升,根據(jù)其部署靈活、管理高效、實(shí)時(shí)聯(lián)動(dòng)等多方面的特點(diǎn),對(duì)所內(nèi)目前存在的各種弊端進(jìn)行綜合提升�；谏鲜鲂枨�,濟(jì)陽(yáng)縣看守所決定進(jìn)行安防監(jiān)控綜合管理系統(tǒng)的研發(fā)。安防監(jiān)控綜合管理系統(tǒng)的研發(fā)過(guò)程中,采用了 B/S架構(gòu)、MVC設(shè)計(jì)模式、SSH框架、Oracle11g數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、Tomcat7.0中間件等技術(shù)。B/S架構(gòu)、MVC設(shè)計(jì)模式的引用奠定了系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)架構(gòu)基礎(chǔ)。根據(jù)MVC設(shè)計(jì)模式的基本思想,這里確認(rèn)了數(shù)據(jù)持久、前臺(tái)展示、業(yè)務(wù)處理等技術(shù)層面,并以此為基礎(chǔ)采用了 SSH框架(由Hibernate、Struts、Spring整合而成)。這種框架將三種各具特色的輕量級(jí)框架進(jìn)行了集成。另外,Oracle11g數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)以及Tomcat7.0等中間件的引用,在增強(qiáng)系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)安全性穩(wěn)定性的同時(shí),簡(jiǎn)化了系統(tǒng)部署的工作任務(wù)。安防監(jiān)控綜合管理系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了監(jiān)控中心管理、視頻錄像管理、日常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)管理、圖形化管理等主要功能。其中監(jiān)控中心管理功能包括監(jiān)控中心執(zhí)行、本地輪巡組管理、電視墻管理以及監(jiān)控查看。視頻錄像管理功能包括錄像管理以及視頻巡更管理。日常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)管理功能包括值班管理、督察統(tǒng)計(jì)、告警日?qǐng)?bào)表管理以及設(shè)備在線巡檢等。圖形化管理功能包括電子地圖管理以及三維模型操作等子功能。安防監(jiān)控綜合管理系統(tǒng)的研發(fā)工作與看守所等機(jī)關(guān)的日常工作特點(diǎn)相結(jié)合,充分考慮到該行業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)的特殊性、重要性與即時(shí)性。通過(guò)簡(jiǎn)潔的功能設(shè)計(jì)以及明確的職責(zé)劃分,有利于工作人員對(duì)看守所內(nèi)部的情況進(jìn)行全面系統(tǒng)的掌握,對(duì)出現(xiàn)的緊急特殊情況做到良好的應(yīng)對(duì),通過(guò)這些措施,保證了看守所日常業(yè)務(wù)的正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),有利于維持內(nèi)部良好秩序的延續(xù),提升了日常工作處理的規(guī)范性,為維護(hù)社會(huì)治安奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:As an important part of the Department, the guard plays an important role in the social labor and education. The detention center of Jiyang County, as the management of the county's labor and education organs, is responsible for the management of suspected prisoners and other people within the jurisdiction. Based on the trend of modern security construction, the detention center of Jiyang county has decided to enhance its overall security capability. According to the characteristics of its flexible deployment, efficient management and real-time linkage, the existing malpractices in the county have been comprehensively promoted. Based on the above requirements, the Jiyang County guard has decided to carry out the research and development of the integrated security monitoring and control system. During the research and development of integrated management system for security monitoring, B/S architecture, MVC design mode, SSH framework, Oracle11g database and Tomcat7.0 middleware technology are applied. The reference of the B/S architecture and the MVC design pattern lays the foundation of the system's technical architecture. According to the basic idea of MVC design mode, we have confirmed the data persistence, foreground display, business processing and other technical aspects, and based on it, we have adopted the SSH framework (integrated by Hibernate, Struts and Spring). This framework integrates three lightweight frameworks with different features. In addition, the Oracle11g database and Tomcat7.0 middleware are used to enhance the stability of data security, while simplifying the task of system deployment. The comprehensive management system of security monitoring and control has realized the main functions of monitoring center management, video video management, daily operation management, graphic management and so on. The monitoring center management functions include monitoring center execution, local wheel patrol management, TV wall management and monitoring and viewing. Video management functions include video management, video management. Daily operation management functions include duty management, supervision statistics, alarm daily table management, and equipment online inspection. The graphical management functions include the management of electronic map and the sub function of 3D model operation. The research and development of the integrated management system for security monitoring and management is combined with the daily work characteristics of the detention houses and other agencies, taking into account the particularity, importance and immediacy of the industry. The function design is simple and clear division of responsibilities, a comprehensive system for the staff of the detention center within the grasp of the situation, the urgent and special circumstances appear to do a good deal, through these measures, to ensure the normal operation of the daily business, continue to maintain the good order of the internal promotion of. Specification for daily work processing, and laid a solid foundation for the maintenance of social order.
