【摘要】：軟件技術(shù)更新非常快,復(fù)雜程度也越來越大,客戶對(duì)產(chǎn)品的要求也在不斷的提高,隨之而來的是軟件開發(fā)項(xiàng)目給軟件企業(yè)帶來的巨大風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。沒有軟件一開始的設(shè)計(jì)就是完美的,需要不斷的改進(jìn)和迭代以最終滿足客戶需求。以上特點(diǎn)會(huì)使項(xiàng)目存在各種各樣的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)：需求風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、過程風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、技術(shù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、管理風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等等。這些風(fēng)險(xiǎn)都會(huì)導(dǎo)致整個(gè)軟件項(xiàng)目的失敗,或者成為爛尾項(xiàng)目。但是,很多國(guó)內(nèi)的軟件企業(yè)目前都不注重軟件項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理,沒有做好風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別和控制,結(jié)果造成軟件項(xiàng)目延期甚至失敗。如果對(duì)項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行管理,就會(huì)極大的減少風(fēng)險(xiǎn)發(fā)生的概率和降低損失。因此任何一個(gè)系統(tǒng)開發(fā)項(xiàng)目都應(yīng)將風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理作為軟件項(xiàng)目管理的重要內(nèi)容。本文根據(jù)項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的理論,對(duì)A公司軟件項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的問題進(jìn)行案例研究。首先,對(duì)A公司軟件項(xiàng)目存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理問題進(jìn)行了分析,使用頭腦風(fēng)暴法和專家判斷法建立WBS-RBS矩陣,對(duì)軟件項(xiàng)目中可能遇到的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行識(shí)別,得到需求、技術(shù)、過程、團(tuán)隊(duì)管理四大風(fēng)險(xiǎn)要素,對(duì)這些風(fēng)險(xiǎn)要素進(jìn)行定性分析；然后,利用層次分析法對(duì)識(shí)別出的四大風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素進(jìn)行定量分析和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)；最后,通過制定針對(duì)四大風(fēng)險(xiǎn)要素的應(yīng)對(duì)措施實(shí)現(xiàn)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制和監(jiān)控,從而為其他軟件公司和企業(yè)提供有效的可供借鑒參考的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理案例。
[Abstract]:Software technology update is very fast, and the complexity is also increasing. Customers' demand for products is also improving. The design without software is perfect and requires continuous improvement and iteration to eventually meet customer needs. The above features will make a variety of risks in the project: demand risk, process risk, technical risk, management risk and so on. These risks can all cause the failure of the entire software project, or become a rotten project. However, many domestic software companies do not pay much attention to risk management of software projects, and do not do well in risk identification and control, which results in software project extension or even failure. If the project risk is managed, it will greatly reduce the probability of risk occurrence and reduce the loss. Therefore, any system development project should take risk management as an important part of software project management. According to the theory of project risk management, this paper makes a case study on the problem of A company's software project risk management. First of all, the risk management problems of software project in A company were analyzed using brainstorming method and expert judgment method to establish the WBS-RBS matrix to identify the possible risk in software project, obtained the demand, technology, process, team management of four major risk factors, the qualitative analysis of these risk factors; then, by quantitative analysis and risk assessment of the four major risk factors identified by AHP; finally, through the development of four major risk factors for the implementation of risk control measures and monitoring, so as to provide effective reference for risk management case for other software companies and enterprises.
