【摘要】:產(chǎn)品用戶體驗(yàn)日益成為決定產(chǎn)品成敗的一個(gè)關(guān)鍵要素,這使得用戶研究在工業(yè)界成為了產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)過程的一個(gè)重要環(huán)節(jié)。在移動(dòng)互聯(lián)時(shí)代,產(chǎn)品使用行為無處不在,使得傳統(tǒng)用戶研究方法和現(xiàn)有的遠(yuǎn)程用戶研究工具都無法滿足用戶研究的需要,為此需要開發(fā)新的用戶研究工具。因此,本文作者開發(fā)了具有情境感知能力的用戶研究工具并探索其應(yīng)用優(yōu)勢(shì),期望為移動(dòng)環(huán)境下的用戶研究探索新的用戶研究方法,幫助用戶研究人員更好地進(jìn)行用戶體驗(yàn)案例研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)用戶體驗(yàn)問題,進(jìn)而更好地規(guī)劃和設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)品,使產(chǎn)品更符合用戶的使用習(xí)慣。本文的研究?jī)?nèi)容包含三部分:第一,對(duì)新提出的初級(jí)版本用戶研究工具進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)和開發(fā),并在初級(jí)版本的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行功能拓展。第二,選用公交出行行為研究為應(yīng)用案例,分別使用基于用戶研究工具的工具法和傳統(tǒng)用戶研究方法中的用戶訪談法對(duì)公交出行行為進(jìn)行研究。通過研究結(jié)果的對(duì)比分析,探索工具法的應(yīng)用優(yōu)勢(shì)。第三,以工具法提煉的用戶需求為導(dǎo)向,基于以用戶為中心的設(shè)計(jì)方法設(shè)計(jì)出行移動(dòng)應(yīng)用產(chǎn)品。通過對(duì)移動(dòng)應(yīng)用產(chǎn)品的評(píng)估,檢驗(yàn)其可用性及工具法的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。通過上述研究工作,本文作者首先設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)了初級(jí)版本的用戶研究工具,完成了行為模式識(shí)別和數(shù)據(jù)可視化功能的拓展。然后,本文作者發(fā)現(xiàn)了工具法相比于用戶訪談法在所發(fā)現(xiàn)的用戶需求數(shù)量、范圍、價(jià)值等方面具有明顯優(yōu)勢(shì),這為移動(dòng)環(huán)境下的用戶體驗(yàn)研究探索了新的研究方法。最后,本文作者設(shè)計(jì)了可交互的公交助手APP的高保真原型。公交助手APP的評(píng)估結(jié)果表明該APP在很大程度上滿足了用戶的需求且具有良好的可用性,為今后出行移動(dòng)應(yīng)用產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)提供了參考,驗(yàn)證了工具法的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Product user experience is increasingly becoming a key element to decide whether a product will succeed or not. This makes user research an important part in the process of product design and development in industry. In the era of mobile Internet, product usage behavior is everywhere, which makes traditional user research methods and existing remote user research tools fail to meet users' research needs. Therefore, new user research tools need to be developed. Therefore, the author developed a user research tool with situational awareness and exploring its application advantages, explore the expectations for users of mobile users under the environment of new research methods, help user researchers better case study of user experience, find the user experience, and better planning and design products, make the products more in line with the user's habits. The research content of this paper includes three parts. First, we design and develop the new user research tool, and expand it on the basis of the original version. Second, taking the research of bus travel behavior as an application case, we use the user research tool and user interview method in traditional user research methods to conduct the study of bus travel behavior respectively. Through the comparative analysis of the results of the study, the advantages of the application of the tool method are explored. Third, the user - oriented design method based on the user - oriented design method is based on the user - oriented design method to design the travel mobile application products. Through the evaluation of the mobile application products, the usability and the application value of the tool method are tested. Through the above research work, the author first designed and developed a preliminary version of the user research tool, and completed the development of behavior pattern recognition and data visualization. Then, the author finds that the tool method has obvious advantages over the user interview method in finding the number, scope and value of user needs, which has explored a new research method for user experience in mobile environment. Finally, the author designs a high fidelity prototype of an interactive public transit assistant, APP. The evaluation results of the bus assistant APP show that the APP meets the needs of users and has good usability. It provides a reference for the future design and development of mobile mobile application products, and verifies the application value of the tool method.
