群眾體育是體育事業(yè)的重要組成部分,它規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)大和水平的不斷提高標(biāo)志著體育事業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展。隨著越南對(duì)體育事業(yè)的重視和改革,群眾體育得到越南人民越來(lái)越多的關(guān)注,不少越南人選擇走出家門,深入到群眾體育之中,鍛煉身體、感受樂(lè)趣。然而,越南的群眾體育資源相對(duì)貧乏,大大限制了人們對(duì)體育活動(dòng)的參與,拉開(kāi)了體育與群眾之間的距離。海防市是越南發(fā)展較為迅速的城市,越南對(duì)該城市的群眾體育發(fā)展也較為重視。論文通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)資料法和調(diào)查問(wèn)卷、專家訪談等方法,對(duì)海防市的群眾體育進(jìn)行了調(diào)研,得出如下結(jié)果:(1)調(diào)查結(jié)果表明居民對(duì)群眾體育的參與以及重視程度逐年增加,但仍存在較多不足;在體育運(yùn)動(dòng)設(shè)施的基礎(chǔ)上、特別是在城市地區(qū)、用于體育運(yùn)動(dòng)的資金有限、其人均體育用地未達(dá)到1平方米;國(guó)家財(cái)政預(yù)算以外體育運(yùn)動(dòng)經(jīng)費(fèi)缺乏有效的管理措施。政府應(yīng)積極調(diào)動(dòng)社會(huì)資源,以促進(jìn)群眾體育運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展,滿足社會(huì)和城市的發(fā)展要求。(2)論文參考了國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)資料,采訪了多年來(lái)從事相關(guān)研究工作的專家,并根據(jù)實(shí)際評(píng)估結(jié)果對(duì)影響海防市群眾體育的因素進(jìn)行了分析。通過(guò)對(duì)Cronbach’s Alpha的信任評(píng)估,以及通過(guò)使用EFA、CFA的因子分析法對(duì)海防市群眾...
