交往視域下大學生思想政治教育研究

【摘要】：思想政治教育是時代的產(chǎn)物。在全球化、現(xiàn)代性、科學技術相互交織的當代語境下,我國大學生思想政治教育正面臨著經(jīng)濟全球化、文化多樣化、政治民主化的挑戰(zhàn)和機遇,面臨著現(xiàn)代科學技術帶給思想政治教育的雙重影響,還面臨著我國高等教育體制深刻變革帶來的諸多問題。大學生思想政治教育要與時代精神相契合,努力順應時代發(fā)展、社會變革對社會發(fā)展和人的發(fā)展提出的新要求,不斷實現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新與發(fā)展。全球化成為當今時代的基本特征和世界發(fā)展的重要趨勢。全球化的時代背景將大學生思想政治教育置于一個更宏大、更廣泛的時空境域,教育思維從封閉走向開放,教育形態(tài)由現(xiàn)實走向現(xiàn)實與虛擬的共在,教育內(nèi)容不斷豐富與拓展,方法體系和話語構建逐漸成熟。交往是對人的生存狀態(tài)的關注,是人的生存和社會化的根源和動力所在,體現(xiàn)人的本質(zhì)。思想政治教育的出發(fā)點是人,是處于現(xiàn)實社會交往關系中進行交往活動的人。人在交往中存在,思想政治教育也是一種交往式存在。可見,交往就成為實現(xiàn)時代精神、哲學思想和思想政治教育互動的關鍵要素,也將是破解思想政治教育發(fā)展困境和難題的新視角。交往視域涵義豐富,是以馬克思交往理論為基礎,借鑒哈貝馬斯交往行為理論及多學科交往理論,建構起來的一個包含交往活動、交往關系、交往形態(tài)、交往境域的多元范疇。把交往引入大學生思想政治教育的當代視野,審視大學生思想政治教育在發(fā)展過程中的現(xiàn)實問題,從建構交往理論維度、關注大學生的交往世界、關注虛擬交往、實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展四個方面,拓寬視野,開闊思想,提出新的發(fā)展理路,以期在大學生思想政治教育的交往常態(tài)中獲得新的突破,取得新的成果,使大學生思想政治教育在回應時代進步、現(xiàn)代社會和人的發(fā)展的根本訴求中顯露勃勃生機,彰顯迷人魅力。交往視域下大學生思想政治教育具有虛擬與現(xiàn)實共在的整體性形態(tài)特征,具有關系性、開放性、生成性、共在性的思維特征,在實踐向度上體現(xiàn)交互主體性、根植于生活世界、彰顯人文關懷、注重心理疏導。交往視域下大學生思想政治教育以社會主義核心價值觀統(tǒng)領教育內(nèi)容的發(fā)展,在精神層面上豐富了中國精神教育,在素養(yǎng)層面上拓展了虛擬交往中大學生思想道德素養(yǎng)教育的內(nèi)容。交往視域下大學生思想政治教育運用顯性教育與隱性教育相融合、單向灌輸與對話教育相融合、主導教育與自我教育相融合、理性教育與感性教育相融合的教育方法,體現(xiàn)方式方法的創(chuàng)新。在話語構建方面提出四個方面的新要求：營造雙聲語境、實現(xiàn)主體話語平等、滿足大學生對話語的期待、發(fā)揮情感話語的疏導作用。交往既是時代的主題,也是一個與諸多社會科學和人文科學學科密切相關的共同課題。把交往介入大學生思想政治教育的過程,將有效解決大學生思想政治教育發(fā)展中“交往缺失”的現(xiàn)實問題,回應全球化時代背景對社會和人的發(fā)展的訴求。交往視域下,大學生思想政治教育主體之間通過對話與溝通進行精神交流,在有關人生目的和意義等價值觀問題上達成相互理解、相互認同,并將這種共識內(nèi)化為各自的知識和能力,從而實現(xiàn)對人的精神世界的積極關照,促進社會進步和人的發(fā)展。
