【摘要】：智力資本理論作為一種順應(yīng)知識經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的實(shí)用型理論，為促進(jìn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展提供了新的研究視角，并對傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)產(chǎn)生了重大影響，在理論界和現(xiàn)實(shí)中備受關(guān)注。由于我國東、中、西部地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平的差異，導(dǎo)致人力資本乃至智力資本發(fā)展水平差距不斷加大，因而，研究智力資本演進(jìn)機(jī)理，分析其演進(jìn)過程中的影響因素，對于推動區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展具有重要意義。 近年來，關(guān)于智力資本的學(xué)術(shù)研究雖然成果不少，但研究方向分散、缺乏系統(tǒng)性，，對區(qū)域智力資本的演化過程也沒有做過多的論述，區(qū)域智力資本的形成和影響方面的研究也不成體系，存在一定的斷層現(xiàn)象。針對上述情況，本文在演化經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的視角下，對區(qū)域智力資本演化機(jī)理及演化趨勢進(jìn)行了深入研究。首先，利用演化博弈理論構(gòu)建了區(qū)域智力資本演化博弈模型，對區(qū)域智力資本的產(chǎn)生原因、影響因素及其集聚效應(yīng)作出解釋，找出了區(qū)域智力資本演化路徑的主要特點(diǎn)。其次，運(yùn)用因子分析法和聚類分析法，構(gòu)建了區(qū)域智力資本發(fā)展趨勢測度指標(biāo)體系，對全國不同地區(qū)的智力資本水平進(jìn)行測度，篩選出東、中、西部具有代表性的省（區(qū)、市），并對其智力資本的影響因素及演化趨勢進(jìn)行分析。最后，就東部、中部、西部地區(qū)智力資本發(fā)展提出政策建議，重點(diǎn)就優(yōu)化區(qū)域智力資本結(jié)構(gòu)、創(chuàng)新區(qū)域智力資本發(fā)展模式、實(shí)現(xiàn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)有效增長，為東中西部地區(qū)政府部門提高智力資本管理水平、協(xié)調(diào)區(qū)域間智力資本均衡分布提供參考借鑒。 創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)：一是用演化經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的視角分析智力資本的演化機(jī)理，利用區(qū)域智力資本理論、復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)上的演化博弈理論分析區(qū)域智力資本的發(fā)展問題，為區(qū)域智力資本的研究提供了一個(gè)新的研究視角。二是構(gòu)建了區(qū)域智力資本演化博弈模型，把演化博弈理論運(yùn)用到區(qū)域智力資本的演化之中，從動態(tài)的角度確定智力資本發(fā)展的特征，對系統(tǒng)的區(qū)域智力資本演化動態(tài)進(jìn)行了分析。三是構(gòu)建了區(qū)域智力資本發(fā)展的測度指標(biāo)體系，利用因子分析法對北京、湖北、新疆的智力資本演化發(fā)展進(jìn)行了定量分析，從而使演化經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論得以延伸，為促進(jìn)東部、中部、西部地區(qū)的智力資本發(fā)展提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:As a practical theory that conforms to the development of knowledge economy, intellectual capital theory provides a new research perspective for promoting the development of regional economy, and has a great influence on traditional economics. It has attracted much attention in the theory and reality. The difference in the level of economic development in the East, middle and Western regions of China leads to human capital and even intelligence. The gap of capital development level is increasing. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the evolution mechanism of intellectual capital and analyze the influencing factors in the process of its evolution.
In recent years, there have been many academic studies on intellectual capital, but the research direction is scattered and lack of systematicness. There is not much discussion on the evolution process of regional intellectual capital, and the research on the formation and influence of regional intellectual capital is not systematic and there is a certain fault phenomenon. From the perspective of learning, the evolution mechanism and evolution trend of regional intellectual capital are studied. Firstly, the evolutionary game theory of regional intellectual capital is constructed by evolutionary game theory, and the reasons for the production of regional intellectual capital, the influencing factors and the agglomeration effect are explained, and the main characteristics of the evolutionary path of regional intellectual capital are found out. Secondly, using factor analysis and cluster analysis, the index system of the development trend of regional intellectual capital is constructed, the level of intellectual capital in different regions of the country is measured, and the representative provinces (districts and cities) in the East, middle and West are screened out, and the influencing factors and evolution trends of intellectual capital are analyzed. Finally, the eastern part is in the middle. The Department, the development of intellectual capital in the western region, puts forward policy suggestions, focusing on optimizing regional intellectual capital structure, innovating regional intellectual capital development model, realizing the effective growth of regional economy, providing reference for the government departments of eastern and western regions to improve the level of intellectual capital management and coordinate the balanced distribution of intellectual capital among regions.
Innovation points: one is to analyze the evolutionary mechanism of intellectual capital from the perspective of evolutionary economics, analyze the development of regional intellectual capital by using the theory of regional intellectual capital and the evolutionary game theory on complex networks, and provide a new perspective for the study of regional intellectual capital. Two is to build the evolutionary game model of regional intellectual capital. The evolution game theory is applied to the evolution of regional intellectual capital, the characteristics of intellectual capital development are determined from the dynamic point of view, and the evolution of regional intellectual capital is analyzed. Three is to construct the measurement index system for the development of regional intellectual capital, and the intellectual capital of Beijing, Hubei and Xinjiang by means of factor analysis. The quantitative analysis of evolution has made the theory of evolutionary economics extend and provide theoretical basis for the development of intellectual capital in the eastern, central and western regions.
