民辦院校管理體制創(chuàng)新研究

【摘要】:我國自上個世紀(jì)90年代以來,民辦高等教育進(jìn)入了快速發(fā)展時期,為中國的高等教育注入了無限生機(jī)與活力,為我國經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會發(fā)展培養(yǎng)了大量的人才。同時,伴隨著市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,我國高校之間的競爭也越來越激烈,特別是民辦院校面臨前所未有的挑戰(zhàn)和沖擊,民辦院校的發(fā)展進(jìn)入了一個拐點,民辦院校的辦學(xué)宗旨也在經(jīng)受一場洗禮:是以賺錢和盈利為目的,還是以教書育人、立德樹人為目的?如何教書育人、立德樹人?這既是民辦院校的發(fā)展理念問題,也是一個管理理念問題。對于民辦院校而言,降低風(fēng)險的最好手段就是明確辦學(xué)宗旨,不斷地進(jìn)行管理體制創(chuàng)新。 本文緊密聯(lián)系中國民辦院校的實際情況,運用社會學(xué)、教育學(xué)和管理學(xué)等跨學(xué)科理論和方法,從七個方面論述了民辦院校管理體制創(chuàng)新問題:第一章,導(dǎo)論部分,主要探討了選題的背景、目的和意義以及國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究現(xiàn)狀述評;第二章,民辦教育發(fā)展的歷史進(jìn)程,主要探討了民辦教育在我國的興起和發(fā)展,民辦教育在我國發(fā)展的階段性特征,民辦教育存在的主要問題及原因以及民辦教育管理體制的選擇機(jī)制。側(cè)重討論了辦學(xué)模式多樣性,民辦院校管理機(jī)制的主要特點,建立個性化的教育模式,營造和諧的校園文化:第三章,民辦院校管理體制創(chuàng)新研究的理論基礎(chǔ),主要探討了民辦院校管理體制創(chuàng)新研究的社會學(xué)基礎(chǔ)、教育學(xué)基礎(chǔ)和管理學(xué)基礎(chǔ);第四章,發(fā)達(dá)國家民辦院校管理體制研究,主要探討了發(fā)達(dá)國家民辦院校管理體制的性質(zhì),發(fā)達(dá)國家民辦院校管理體制的模式,發(fā)達(dá)國家民辦院校管理體制的構(gòu)架,發(fā)達(dá)國家民辦院校管理體制的可借鑒之處;第五章,民辦院校管理體制的創(chuàng)新設(shè)計,主要探討了民辦院校管理體制的構(gòu)建原則,民辦院校管理體制的邏輯框架,民辦院校管理體制的基本類型,民辦院校管理體制的價值取向。側(cè)重討論了民辦院校的資源配置,民辦院校管理體制的重構(gòu),完善民辦院校的監(jiān)督機(jī)制,民辦院校的公益性原則;第六章,民辦院校管理體制創(chuàng)新的實踐途徑,主要探討了構(gòu)建中國特色的民辦院校教育體系,創(chuàng)新民辦院校的教育教學(xué)體系,創(chuàng)新民辦院校資產(chǎn)與財務(wù)管理制度,創(chuàng)新民辦院校人事管理制度,民辦院校管理體制創(chuàng)新的政策研究。側(cè)重討論了模糊的政策環(huán)境與營利性民辦院校隱性化問題,政府有關(guān)民辦院校立法“分類管理”營利性、非營利性問題,財政資助高層次、大規(guī)模民辦院校的經(jīng)營問題以及創(chuàng)新民辦院校經(jīng)營的市場機(jī)制問題;第七章,建立民辦院校立德樹人教育機(jī)制,主要探討了民辦院校立德樹人教育機(jī)制的文化積淀,民辦院校學(xué)習(xí)型組織建設(shè)管理創(chuàng)新,民辦院校立德樹人教育機(jī)制的職業(yè)操守。側(cè)重討論了民辦院校立德樹人教育機(jī)制與隱性課程理論,立德樹人教育機(jī)制與社團(tuán)建設(shè),民辦院校學(xué)習(xí)型組織創(chuàng)新。
[Abstract]:Since the 1990s of the last century, private higher education has entered a period of rapid development, which has injected infinite vitality and vitality into the higher education of China, and trained a large number of talents for the economic and social development of our country. At the same time, with the development of market economy, the competition among colleges and universities in our country is becoming more and more fierce. Especially, private colleges and universities are facing unprecedented challenges and shocks. The development of private colleges and universities has entered an inflection point. The tenet of running a private college is also undergoing a baptism: is it for the purpose of making money and profit, or is it to teach and educate people, and to build up people by virtue? How to teach and educate people, set up a person? This is not only the development concept of private colleges and universities, but also a management concept. For private colleges, the best way to reduce risk is to make clear the tenet of running a school and innovate the management system continuously. Based on the theory and method of sociology, pedagogy and management, this paper discusses the innovation of management system in private colleges from seven aspects: chapter one, introduction. This paper mainly discusses the background, purpose and significance of the topic and the current research situation at home and abroad. Chapter two, the historical process of the development of private education, mainly discusses the rise and development of private education in China. The stage characteristics of the development of private education in our country, the main problems and reasons of the private education and the selection mechanism of the management system of the private education. This paper mainly discusses the diversity of the running mode, the main characteristics of the management mechanism of the private colleges and universities, the establishment of the individualized education model and the construction of harmonious campus culture: chapter three, the theoretical basis of the research on the innovation of the management system of the private colleges and universities, This paper mainly discusses the sociological foundation, pedagogy foundation and management foundation of the management system innovation research of the private colleges and universities, the fourth chapter, the management system research of the private colleges and universities in the developed countries, mainly discusses the nature of the management system of the private colleges and universities in the developed countries.
