【摘要】：集成創(chuàng)新作為自主創(chuàng)新的一種形式,在科技高速發(fā)展的現(xiàn)代社會有著較強(qiáng)的優(yōu)勢和實(shí)用性,已在經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、管理學(xué)領(lǐng)域取得了較為豐碩的成果。集成創(chuàng)新的思想一直在奧運(yùn)備戰(zhàn)過程中發(fā)揮著它的重要作用,但在競技體育領(lǐng)域中未見有人對其進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)全面的分析,研究還處在一個分割、零散的狀態(tài)。本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料、案例分析、科學(xué)抽象、問卷調(diào)查以及訪談等研究方法對奧運(yùn)備戰(zhàn)集成創(chuàng)新的發(fā)展模式和運(yùn)行機(jī)制進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的分析,得到以下主要結(jié)論：1.奧運(yùn)備戰(zhàn)集成創(chuàng)新的構(gòu)成要素主要包括三大類：一,主體要素,分為行為個體和各類組織機(jī)構(gòu)；二,中介要素,分為物質(zhì)中介和精神中介；三,客體要素,物質(zhì)形態(tài)客體和精神形態(tài)客體。2.通過對奧運(yùn)備戰(zhàn)集成創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)要素之間的關(guān)聯(lián)方式進(jìn)行分析,認(rèn)為奧運(yùn)備戰(zhàn)集成創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)主要有“層狀”、“星形”和“網(wǎng)狀”三種基本結(jié)構(gòu)。奧運(yùn)備戰(zhàn)集成創(chuàng)新在不同層面上的融合、集成的關(guān)聯(lián)機(jī)制,形成了戰(zhàn)略集成層級、組織結(jié)構(gòu)集成和要素集成三種類型的層級結(jié)構(gòu)。3.在奧運(yùn)備戰(zhàn)的具體實(shí)踐中,主要包括“創(chuàng)新主體基于奧運(yùn)備戰(zhàn)需求自主進(jìn)行的集成創(chuàng)新模式”、“創(chuàng)新主體基于多領(lǐng)域合作的一體化集成創(chuàng)新模式”和“體育總局啟動的大型項(xiàng)目的集成創(chuàng)新”三大類集成創(chuàng)新的模式。4.奧運(yùn)備戰(zhàn)集成創(chuàng)新的運(yùn)行機(jī)制是指各創(chuàng)新主體在形成動力的作用下凸現(xiàn)的集成創(chuàng)新平臺環(huán)境基礎(chǔ)上,在奧運(yùn)備戰(zhàn)集成創(chuàng)新共享機(jī)制、風(fēng)險管理、利益分配和激勵機(jī)制的共同作用下,借助系統(tǒng)動力和過程動力的雙重驅(qū)力,根據(jù)特定的集成創(chuàng)新目標(biāo),對集成創(chuàng)新的要素進(jìn)行甄選并按照創(chuàng)新的實(shí)際需要進(jìn)行多方向、多層級、多領(lǐng)域的融合和集成,從而使創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)整體功能得到激發(fā),產(chǎn)生符合創(chuàng)新主體主觀傾向并具有實(shí)踐價值的創(chuàng)新成果。
[Abstract]:As a form of independent innovation, integrated innovation has strong advantages and practicability in the modern society with rapid development of science and technology. It has achieved fruitful results in the field of economics and management. The idea of integrated innovation has been playing its important role in the process of Olympic preparation, but there is no one in the field of competitive sports. It carries out a systematic and comprehensive analysis, and the research is still in a separate and scattered state. This paper systematically analyzes the development mode and operation mechanism of the Olympic preparation for the integrated innovation of Olympic preparations by using the methods of literature, case analysis, scientific abstraction, questionnaire and interview and so on. The following main conclusions are obtained: 1. the integration of the Olympic preparations for the Olympic Games is created. The new elements mainly include three major categories: first, the main elements are divided into individual and various organizations; two, the intermediary elements are divided into material intermediaries and spiritual intermediaries; three, the object elements, material form objects and spiritual form object.2. are analyzed by the correlation between the new system elements of the Olympic preparation for the integration of the preparations for the war. The integrated innovation system of Olympic preparation is mainly composed of three basic structures: "layered", "Star" and "mesh". The integration of Olympic preparation and innovation at different levels, integrated association mechanism, formation of strategic integration level, organizational structure integration and element integration of three types of hierarchical structure.3. in the concrete practice of Olympic preparation, It mainly includes "the integrated innovation model based on the Olympic preparations for the Olympic Games," "integrated innovation model based on multi field cooperation" and "integrated innovation of large projects started by the General Administration of sports", the three major types of integrated innovation model of the Olympic Games, the operational mechanism of the integrated innovation of Olympic preparations for the Olympic Games is to refer to each creation. On the basis of a protruding integrated innovation platform environment, the new subject, under the joint innovation sharing mechanism of Olympic preparation, risk management, benefit distribution and incentive mechanism, has the dual drive of system dynamics and process dynamics, and selects the elements of integrated innovation on the basis of a specific set of innovation goals. And in accordance with the actual needs of innovation, multi direction, multi-layer, multi field integration and integration, so that the overall function of the innovation system can be stimulated, creating innovative results which conform to the subjective tendency of the innovation subject and have practical value.
