【摘要】:教化作為古代社會治理的重要手段,對維護統(tǒng)治政權(quán)、規(guī)范社會秩序具有重要作用。文章?lián)袊鴤鹘y(tǒng)儒表法里的治國方略,提出廣義層面的教化包括刑教與禮教,二者互為表里。左宗棠是晚清同治中興名臣之一,"以平回亂,復新疆為最偉"。文章以左宗棠平定陜甘回民起事、收復新疆為事件脈絡,依據(jù)歷史文獻資料,運用馬克思主義理論和歷史學的解釋與分析、比較與綜合等研究方法,從宏觀與微觀、歷史與現(xiàn)實、理論與實踐相結(jié)合等角度進行研究;遵循實事求是的原則,客觀系統(tǒng)地論述了左宗棠民族教化活動;并在實踐基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)了左宗棠民族教化思想內(nèi)容、特征與歷史影響;最后總結(jié)出一些能為當今所用的歷史經(jīng)驗和教訓。全文共分六章,分別從左宗棠民族教化思想的產(chǎn)生背景、左宗棠民族教化思想與實踐的主要構(gòu)成、左宗棠民族教化思想與實踐的評價與啟示等主題出發(fā),對左宗棠民族教化思想與實踐進行系統(tǒng)探究。各章具體內(nèi)容安排如下:第一章緒論。主要介紹了研究的緣起、關(guān)于左宗棠研究的歷史現(xiàn)狀、研究設(shè)計、可能創(chuàng)新等。第二章左宗棠民族教化思想的產(chǎn)生。本章首先立足于傳統(tǒng)中國"儒表法里"的治國方略,對"民族教化"的概念進行了新的闡釋,認為廣義上的教化分為"刑教"與"禮教"兩個方面。"左宗棠民族教化"問題正是探討處理西事過程中,對民眾(尤其針對起事的回民)剿撫兼施、施以教化以維護社會穩(wěn)定的過程。在此基礎(chǔ)上,筆者按照左宗棠處理西事(靖亂撫綏)的先后順序,又將"刑教"與"禮教"具體操作化為"安民"、"富民"、"化民"三個部分,并對文章的主體內(nèi)容(安民、富民、化民)的邏輯結(jié)構(gòu)作一概述。接下來文章在晚清內(nèi)外交困的社會環(huán)境下,從理論淵源與現(xiàn)實依據(jù)兩個方面對左宗棠民族教化思想的產(chǎn)生進行了全面的論述。從理論基礎(chǔ)上看左宗棠的民族教化思想以傳統(tǒng)理學為圭臬,同時又對理學發(fā)展,有經(jīng)世實學的特點。左宗棠家庭教育背景、個人實學積淀、師友等人相關(guān)思想的影響構(gòu)成了左宗棠民族教化思想的現(xiàn)實依據(jù)。第三章安民思想與實踐。該章論述了陜甘回民起事與新疆動亂產(chǎn)生背景以及左宗棠平定陜甘回民起事與平定新疆動亂的實踐,并對安民思想做一總結(jié)。第四章富民思想與實踐。該章從人口管理與社會秩序重構(gòu)、恢復發(fā)展農(nóng)業(yè)、振興工商業(yè)三個角度系統(tǒng)介紹了事后左宗棠振興西北經(jīng)濟的實踐舉措,并對富民思想做一總結(jié)。第五章化民思想與實踐。該章從社會精英教育、社會大眾教育、禁絕回民傳習新教三個方面探討了左宗棠在西北的文教實踐,并對化民思想做一總結(jié)。安民、富民、化民共同構(gòu)成了左宗棠民族教化的主體內(nèi)容。第六章左宗棠的民族教化思想與實踐評價與啟示。本章首先從原則、方法、目的三個層次對左宗棠民族教化思想特征做一概括。然后對左宗棠民族教化思想與實踐的積極影響與局限性進行了思考。最后結(jié)合實際,在評析左宗棠民族教化功過是非的基礎(chǔ)上,汲取其中的合理因素,探討了它對當今社會尤其是民族思想政治教育的啟發(fā)意義,主要表現(xiàn)為民族和諧是經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、政治穩(wěn)定的先決條件;經(jīng)濟發(fā)展是民族和諧與社會穩(wěn)定的根本保證;增強中華民族的文化認同是民族和諧的久遠之策。
[Abstract]:Education as an important means of ancient social governance, to maintain the ruling regime, regulate social order plays an important role.
