【摘要】：隨著改革開(kāi)放的不斷深化,社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,個(gè)體化社會(huì)呈現(xiàn)出不斷發(fā)展的態(tài)勢(shì)。在現(xiàn)時(shí)代社會(huì)不斷分化的過(guò)程中,個(gè)體從“地域”、“血緣”、“宗族”等束縛中解脫出來(lái),人們的獨(dú)立性和自我意識(shí)明顯提高,自信、自尊、自愛(ài)和自強(qiáng)等心態(tài)逐漸形成,平等地位得到確立,自我發(fā)展意識(shí)得到強(qiáng)化,法律意識(shí)、開(kāi)放意識(shí)明顯增強(qiáng),促進(jìn)著國(guó)民素質(zhì)現(xiàn)代觀念的形成。但不容忽視的是,個(gè)體化社會(huì)的出現(xiàn)和發(fā)展也給國(guó)民素質(zhì)均衡發(fā)展帶來(lái)了極大的挑戰(zhàn),在一定程度上造成了國(guó)民素質(zhì)發(fā)展失衡的現(xiàn)狀,表現(xiàn)出:在人與自然關(guān)系上,把自我欲望的滿足作為衡量一切行為的準(zhǔn)則,漠視自然界其他生物的存在價(jià)值,以人對(duì)自然的掠奪關(guān)系代替了人與自然和諧共處的關(guān)系;在人與人的關(guān)系上,熟人社會(huì)土崩瓦解,逐漸被“陌生人社會(huì)”所取代,人際關(guān)系趨于冷漠,人際信任缺失,道德失范、功利主義盛行;在人與社會(huì)關(guān)系上,個(gè)體對(duì)抗不了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)社會(huì)中的沖擊,成為“失意群體”,容易產(chǎn)生報(bào)復(fù)社會(huì)的極端個(gè)體事件,影響社會(huì)安全穩(wěn)定;在人與自身關(guān)系上,個(gè)人喪失了自我批判能力,精神空虛、人生價(jià)值喪失、心理失衡、自私自利,淪為“單向度”的人,國(guó)民素質(zhì)發(fā)展處在失衡狀態(tài)。正因?yàn)槿绱?在認(rèn)真分析個(gè)體化社會(huì)與國(guó)民素質(zhì)之間的內(nèi)在關(guān)聯(lián)性,剖析個(gè)體化社會(huì)對(duì)國(guó)民素質(zhì)均衡發(fā)展所產(chǎn)生不利影響的基礎(chǔ)上,提出通過(guò)制定包容性社會(huì)政策來(lái)保障個(gè)體權(quán)利和利益,通過(guò)國(guó)民素質(zhì)制度化整合來(lái)保障國(guó)民素質(zhì)發(fā)展平等,通過(guò)加強(qiáng)和諧文化建設(shè)來(lái)強(qiáng)化個(gè)體價(jià)值認(rèn)同和自我認(rèn)同,通過(guò)調(diào)整素質(zhì)教育方法來(lái)促進(jìn)個(gè)體對(duì)素質(zhì)知識(shí)、素質(zhì)能力的吸收和外化,對(duì)于推動(dòng)國(guó)民素質(zhì)的均衡發(fā)展有著應(yīng)用價(jià)值和實(shí)踐意義。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of reform and opening up and the rapid development of socialist market economy, the individualized society presents a continuous development trend. In the process of continuous differentiation of modern society, individuals are free from the shackles of "region", "consanguinity" and "clan". People's independence and self-consciousness are obviously improved, self-confidence, self-esteem, self-love and self-improvement are gradually formed, equality status is established, self-development consciousness is strengthened, legal consciousness and open consciousness are obviously enhanced, which promotes the formation of modern concept of national quality. However, it can not be ignored that the emergence and development of individualized society has also brought great challenges to the balanced development of national quality, to a certain extent, has caused the imbalance of national quality development, showing that in the relationship between man and nature, the satisfaction of self-desire is regarded as the criterion to measure all behavior, ignores the existing value of other living things in nature, and replaces the relationship of harmonious coexistence between man and nature with the relationship between man and nature; In the relationship between people, acquaintance society disintegrates and is gradually replaced by "stranger society", interpersonal relationship tends to be indifferent, interpersonal trust is lacking, morality is out of standard, utilitarianism prevails. In social relations, individuals can not resist the impact of risk society and become "frustrated group", which is easy to retaliate against extreme individual events in society and affect social security and stability. In the relationship between people and themselves, individuals lose their ability to criticize themselves, spiritual emptiness, loss of life value, psychological imbalance, selfishness, and become "unidirectional" people, and the development of national quality is in an unbalanced state. Because of this, on the basis of seriously analyzing the internal relationship between individualized society and national quality, and analyzing the adverse influence of individualized society on the balanced development of national quality, this paper puts forward that the individual rights and interests can be guaranteed through the formulation of inclusive social policies, the equality of national quality development can be guaranteed through the institutionalized integration of national quality, and the individual value identity and self-identity can be strengthened by strengthening the construction of harmonious culture. It is of practical value and practical significance to promote the absorption and externalization of quality knowledge and ability by adjusting the methods of quality education, which is of practical value and practical significance to promote the balanced development of national quality.
