民營中小企業(yè)員工社會主義核心價值觀培育策略研究
[Abstract]:Since the report of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) put forward the "three advocates", the cultivation of socialist core values has been placed in all the elements of civic education in the whole society, which is the mainstream value of the current national education. As an important part of the socialist market economy, private small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) account for a large proportion of the total number of employees and cover a wide range of groups, which is the main body of the implementation of socialist core values in the practice of economic development. To cultivate the socialist core values of the employees of private small and medium-sized enterprises, to solve the difficulties that need to be broken through in the whole process of cultivation, and to improve the quality and effectiveness brought about by the cultivation. To integrate socialist core values into the air of private small and medium-sized enterprises, so that employees of private small and medium-sized enterprises can scientifically recognize and consciously practice socialist core values in leading and cultivating. This study hopes to provide some strategic optimization and innovation for solving this problem through theoretical discussion and practical investigation. The research ideas of this paper are as follows: taking the strategy of optimizing design for the cultivation of employees of private small and medium-sized enterprises as the main goal, through the positivism research method of field research, This paper probes into the cultivation of the socialist core values of the employees of private small and medium-sized enterprises, and takes it as the logical basis to analyze and attribute the present situation of the cultivation. After a comprehensive analysis of the existing problems and difficulties of cultivation, this paper puts forward some thoughts on the optimization of cultivation strategies. This paper has four parts: introduction: clarify the origin of the problem, research purpose and significance, domestic and foreign research status and research design and ideas; the first chapter: private small and medium-sized enterprise employees socialist core values of the relevant theoretical exploration. This paper mainly discusses the relevant research in academic circles at present, and probes into the related concepts and propositions related to the cultivation of employees in private small and medium-sized enterprises in this study. On the basis of this, this paper explains the formation mechanism and cultivation strategy of the socialist core values of the employees of private small and medium-sized enterprises. The second chapter: the investigation and reason analysis of the cultivation of socialist core values of employees in private small and medium-sized enterprises. This paper mainly analyzes the present situation of socialist core cultivation of employees of private small and medium-sized enterprises through questionnaire survey, including the degree of recognition of the core values of socialism among employees of private small and medium-sized enterprises. The effectiveness and quality of cultivating and leading employees in private small and medium-sized enterprises, systematically consider the cultivation of socialist core values of employees in private small and medium-sized enterprises, and comprehensively attribute to the problems. The third chapter: the optimization design of the cultivation strategy of the socialist core values of the employees of private small and medium-sized enterprises. Based on the analysis of the conclusions of the field investigation carried out in this study, this paper tries to put forward the implementation approach that can optimize and innovate the employee training strategy of private small and medium-sized enterprises, mainly through the mechanism construction, propaganda and education, cultural construction, demonstration guidance. The actual practice and other aspects of the design, to enhance the private small and medium-sized enterprises to the socialist core values of the recognition and practice of the effectiveness and quality.
