【摘要】：目的從供給和需求兩方面,了解吉安市中心城區(qū)機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)的現(xiàn)況,從而為吉安養(yǎng)老服務(wù)體系建設(shè)提供參考。方法需求方面:抽樣調(diào)查了吉安市中心城區(qū)820例65歲以上老年人入住養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)的意愿及影響因素,采用單因素分析及Logistics回歸分析方法,篩選出對老年人入住養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)意愿有影響的有關(guān)因素;供給方面:主要通過文獻(xiàn)查找,實(shí)地調(diào)查和質(zhì)性訪談的方式,了解吉安市中心城區(qū)養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)的基本設(shè)施,服務(wù)種類,服務(wù)人員等機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)供給現(xiàn)狀。結(jié)合需求與供給兩個(gè)方面的現(xiàn)況調(diào)查情況,討論吉安市城區(qū)機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老存在的不足及應(yīng)對措施。結(jié)果820例老人當(dāng)中,愿意入住養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)的有315人,占38.4%,不愿意入住的有505人,占61.6%。老人愿意入住養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)的原因排前三位的是不愿意麻煩子女、自己身體不好、子女照顧不過來。不愿意入住養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)的原因前三位的是養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)價(jià)格太高、服務(wù)水平不行、就是不愿意去養(yǎng)老院。文化程度、子女?dāng)?shù)、職業(yè)、健康狀況、生活自理能力、生活照料者、每月收入、生活來源、社區(qū)日間照料中心了解程度、目前養(yǎng)老方式、養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)了解程度、子女對入住養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)的意見等12個(gè)因素對老人入住養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)意愿有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(p0.05)。Logistics回歸分析結(jié)果顯示,老人入住養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)的意愿受子女?dāng)?shù)、健康狀態(tài)、目前養(yǎng)老方式、養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)了解情況、子女對入住養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)的意見的共同影響。對養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)的供給需求分析結(jié)果顯示,吉安市中心城區(qū)機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)存在供給和需求不匹配的現(xiàn)象,養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)的空床率較高,養(yǎng)老服務(wù)人員缺口大,服務(wù)質(zhì)量還需進(jìn)一步提高。結(jié)論提高機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老的服務(wù)水平需要政府,機(jī)構(gòu),社會(huì)多方努力,共同優(yōu)化資源,統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃,從而將潛在養(yǎng)老意愿轉(zhuǎn)化為有效入住行為。加強(qiáng)醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合,重視心理慰藉和文化建設(shè),為吉安市民提供更好的機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:Aim to understand the present situation of institutional service for the aged in the central urban area of Ji'an from the aspects of supply and demand, so as to provide reference for the construction of the service system for the aged in Ji'an. Methods: the desire and influencing factors of 820 elderly people over 65 years old in the central urban area of Ji'an city were investigated. Single factor analysis and Logistics regression analysis were used. Screening out the related factors that have influence on the elderly people's willingness to stay in the old-age institutions; Supply side: mainly through literature search, on-the-spot investigation and qualitative interview, to understand the basic facilities, types of services, service personnel and other institutional pension service supply status in the central urban area of Jian City. Based on the current situation of demand and supply, this paper discusses the shortcomings and countermeasures of institutional pension in Ji'an city. Results among 820 elderly people, 315 (38.4%) were willing to stay in old-age institutions and 505 (61.6%) were unwilling to stay. The reason why the elderly are willing to stay in old-age institutions is that they are unwilling to bother their children, their health is not good, and their children cannot take care of them. The first three reasons why they do not want to stay in the pension institution are that the price of the pension institution is too high, the service level is not good, is unwilling to go to the nursing home. Education, number of children, occupation, health status, ability to take care of themselves, living caregivers, monthly income, source of living, level of understanding of community day care centres, current old-age methods, level of understanding of old-age institutions, 12 factors, such as children's opinions on admission to pension institutions, had statistical differences on the elderly's willingness to stay in pension institutions (p0.05). Logistics regression analysis showed that the elderly's willingness to stay in pension institutions was subject to the number of children, health status, and so on. The current old-age mode, pension institutions understand the situation, children to live in the pension institutions of the views of the common impact. The analysis of the supply and demand of the old-age institutions shows that there is a mismatch between supply and demand of the institutional pension services in the central city of Ji'an. The empty bed rate of the old-age institutions is relatively high, the gap of the old-age service personnel is large, and the service quality needs to be further improved. Conclusion it is necessary for the government, organization and society to improve the service level of institutional old-age care, optimize the resources and plan together, so as to transform the potential old-age desire into effective residence behavior. Strengthen the combination of medical care, pay attention to psychological comfort and cultural construction, to provide better institutional pension services for the citizens of Ji'an.
