【摘要】：本文以南京市區(qū)社區(qū)老年人作為研究對(duì)象,通過對(duì)老年人社會(huì)支持實(shí)證資料的描述性分析與相關(guān)性分析,以全面、深入地了解城市老年人社會(huì)支持的基本狀況和特點(diǎn),提出可行性對(duì)策,并期待對(duì)其他城市社區(qū)老年人工作有一定借鑒意義。全文分為五個(gè)部分:第一部分是緒論,提出本文研究背景、意義和目標(biāo);第二部分是文獻(xiàn)述評(píng),對(duì)老年人、社會(huì)支持和老年社會(huì)支持的概念作了界定與分析,并回顧了老年人社會(huì)支持的相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)研究;第三部分簡(jiǎn)要介紹了本文研究方法;第四部分是研究結(jié)果,分別從三維(即經(jīng)濟(jì)支持、日常生活照顧和精神支持)和二維(正式支持和非正式支持)的角度分析了南京市區(qū)社區(qū)老年人的社會(huì)支持狀況,總結(jié)其社會(huì)支持特點(diǎn):老人對(duì)獲得的社會(huì)支持比較滿意;以家庭為主的非正式支持仍然是主導(dǎo),并且不同元素的角色和功能有所不同;家庭支持中存在向下的“代際財(cái)富流”,代際支持關(guān)系趨于平等;政府和社區(qū)等正式元素對(duì)城市老年人的支持作用日益重要;多種支持資源的參與和利用,非正式元素與正式元素達(dá)到一定程度的結(jié)合。第五部分提出對(duì)策與建議,從社會(huì)工作的視角出發(fā),在觀念、制度、服務(wù)等各個(gè)層面構(gòu)建城市社區(qū)老年人社會(huì)支持系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:This article takes the elderly in Nanjing city community as the research object, through the descriptive analysis and the correlation analysis to the elderly social support empirical data, in order to fully and deeply understand the basic situation and characteristics of the urban elderly social support, Put forward feasible countermeasures, and hope that other urban community work for the elderly has a certain reference significance. The full text is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction, put forward the research background, significance and objectives of this paper; The second part is a review of the literature, which defines and analyzes the concepts of the elderly, social support and social support for the elderly, and reviews the relevant empirical studies on the social support of the elderly; the third part briefly introduces the research methods of this paper; The fourth part is the research results, respectively, from the three-dimensional (economic support, daily life care and spiritual support) and two-dimensional (formal support and informal support) to analyze the social support of the elderly in the urban community of Nanjing. The characteristics of social support are summarized as follows: the elderly are satisfied with the social support; Family-based informal support is still dominant, and the roles and functions of different elements are different. There is a downward "intergenerational wealth stream" in family support, and the intergenerational support relationship tends to be equal. Formal elements such as government and community play an increasingly important role in supporting the urban elderly, and the participation and utilization of a variety of support resources, informal elements and formal elements achieve a certain degree of integration. The fifth part puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions, from the perspective of social work, constructs the social support system for the elderly in the urban community from the perspectives of concept, system, service and so on.
