【摘要】：“話語體系”作為一個研究主題出現(xiàn)于2012年,李長春同志提出要用中國的理論研究和話語體系解讀中國實踐、中國道路。在五年的探索與研究中,從理論視角深入,以實踐角度解讀,對中國特色社會主義話語體系及其建構的思考不斷豐富。其體系的建構作為中國特色社會主義理論與實踐研究中的一個重要內容,對于國際國內“講好中國故事、傳播中國聲音”具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義�！霸捳Z體系”概念源于語言學,是話語的概念、范疇按邏輯組成的思想理論體系的外在表達形式,它承載著特定的思維方式、思想文化與價值觀念,是規(guī)范化、條理化和系統(tǒng)化的話語集合。中國特色社會主義話語體系是中國版本的話語和范疇的集合,它承載了中國特色社會主義核心價值觀。本文從歷史與現(xiàn)實兩個角度,闡述了中國特色社會主義話語體系的相關概念、產(chǎn)生的條件、它的邏輯框架以及在建構中可預見的重點、難點問題,探求建構的對策。除了引言與結論,論文分為五部分:第一部分是從話語體系與話語權等基本概念入手,試圖對中國特色社會主義話語體系的一系列相關概念作出界定,為探討建構的關鍵點提供基礎理論的支撐。第二部分是從歷史與現(xiàn)實的角度,闡述了中國特色社會主義話語體系產(chǎn)生的歷史條件即時代背景的變遷與時代主題的轉換;現(xiàn)實條件即即國內與國際問題的存在;實踐條件即中國道路的選擇與中國綜合國力的發(fā)展。第三部分具體從基礎、內容、核心與目的四個方面構建出中國特色社會主義話語體系的邏輯框架。社會主義社會經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展與中國改革、建設的實踐共同構成了其邏輯基礎;中國優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化、毛澤東思想和中國特色社會主義理論體系以及為我所用的國外先進文明與思想等共同構成了其邏輯內容;社會主義核心價值觀與核心價值體系構成了其邏輯核心;中國價值理念的宣傳與引領,中國故事的講述與傳播是其邏輯目的。第四部分提出中國特色社會主義話語體系在建構過程中的難點與重點問題。話語體系的內在矛盾與意識形態(tài)博弈;其大眾化轉向問題;其民族性與開放性問題;話語體系的對外傳播與話語權之爭。第五部分是針對建構過程中存在的問題,著重探究了建構中國特色社會主義話語體系的方法與創(chuàng)新途徑,具體分為四點:第一,加強意識形態(tài)宣傳教育與內在矛盾的解決;第二,尊重群眾首創(chuàng)精神并且拓展法律框架下話語的自由空間;第三,批判性地繼承中國傳統(tǒng)文化與借鑒西方先進文化;第四,中國特色社會主義話語體系“走出去”戰(zhàn)略。在探究建構中國特色社會主義話語體系過程中,逐漸形成一條理論與實踐密切聯(lián)系的邏輯鏈,呈現(xiàn)出我國改革發(fā)展的一系列理念與價值,增強中國的話語權威,提升國際影響力。
[Abstract]:"discourse system" appeared as a research topic in 2012. Comrade Li Changchun proposed to use Chinese theoretical research and discourse system to interpret China's practice. In the five years of exploration and research, from the perspective of theory and practice, the thinking of socialist discourse system with Chinese characteristics and its construction has been enriched. As an important part of the theoretical and practical research on socialism with Chinese characteristics, the construction of its system has important practical significance for "telling Chinese stories and spreading Chinese voices" at home and abroad. The concept of "discourse system" originates from linguistics and is the concept of discourse. It is a form of external expression of the system of ideology and theory composed by logic. It carries a specific mode of thinking, ideology, culture and values, and is standardized. A structured and systematic collection of words. The discourse system of socialism with Chinese characteristics is a collection of discourse and category of Chinese version, which bears the core values of socialism with Chinese characteristics. From the perspective of history and reality, this paper expounds the relevant concepts, conditions, logical framework, foreseeable emphases and difficult problems in the construction of the socialist discourse system with Chinese characteristics, and explores the countermeasures for the construction of the socialist discourse system with Chinese characteristics. In addition to the introduction and conclusion, the thesis is divided into five parts: the first part is from the basic concepts of discourse system and discourse right, trying to define a series of related concepts of the socialist discourse system with Chinese characteristics. To explore the key points of construction to provide basic theoretical support. The second part is from the historical and the realistic angle, elaborated the historical condition which the Chinese characteristic socialism discourse system produces, namely the time background change and the time theme transformation, the realistic condition namely the domestic and the international question existence; The practical condition is the choice of China's road and the development of China's comprehensive national strength. The third part constructs the logical framework of the socialist discourse system with Chinese characteristics from four aspects: foundation, content, core and purpose. The development of socialist society and economy and the practice of reform and construction in China constitute its logical foundation. Chinese excellent traditional culture, Mao Zedong thought and socialist theory system with Chinese characteristics, as well as advanced foreign civilization and thought used by us, together constitute its logical content. The socialist core values and the core value system constitute its logical core, and the propaganda and guidance of the Chinese value concept and the narration and dissemination of the Chinese story are its logical purposes. The fourth part puts forward the difficulties and key problems in the construction of the socialist discourse system with Chinese characteristics. The internal contradiction and ideology game of the discourse system; its popular turn problem; its nationality and openness problem; the external communication of the discourse system and the argument of the right of speech. The fifth part focuses on the methods and innovative ways of constructing the socialist discourse system with Chinese characteristics in view of the problems existing in the process of construction. It is divided into four specific points: first, strengthening the ideological propaganda and education and the solution of inherent contradictions; Second, respect the spirit of mass initiative and expand the free space of discourse under the framework of law; third, critically inherit Chinese traditional culture and learn from advanced western culture; fourth, "go out" strategy of socialist discourse system with Chinese characteristics. In the process of exploring and constructing the discourse system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, a logic chain with close relation between theory and practice is gradually formed, which presents a series of ideas and values of China's reform and development, and strengthens the authority of Chinese discourse.
