【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,我國(guó)在政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)以及文化建設(shè)方面成果斐然,然而由于多元文化的碰撞以及利益矛盾的交織,也導(dǎo)致財(cái)產(chǎn)型犯罪率進(jìn)一步升高,因此財(cái)產(chǎn)型罪犯的教育與改造問(wèn)題得到了國(guó)家與社會(huì)的高度關(guān)注。財(cái)產(chǎn)型罪犯思想政治教育有著獨(dú)特的內(nèi)涵,體現(xiàn)出了困難性、復(fù)雜性以及反復(fù)性等鮮明特點(diǎn)。在新時(shí)期的新形勢(shì)下,加強(qiáng)財(cái)產(chǎn)型罪犯思想政治教育具有高度的必要性,是維護(hù)社會(huì)和諧穩(wěn)定的現(xiàn)實(shí)需要,是落實(shí)以人為本改造理念、保障罪犯切身利益的根本途徑,是維護(hù)獄內(nèi)安全、優(yōu)化監(jiān)獄教育管理工作的客觀需要,更是促進(jìn)財(cái)產(chǎn)型罪犯向著守法公民轉(zhuǎn)化的必然選擇。研究在對(duì)財(cái)產(chǎn)型罪犯思想政治教育現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查及分析的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)財(cái)產(chǎn)型罪犯思想政治教育取得的一系列的成績(jī),提出財(cái)產(chǎn)型罪犯思想政治教育存在的問(wèn)題,包括對(duì)財(cái)產(chǎn)型罪犯思想政治教育的重視不足、監(jiān)獄各項(xiàng)機(jī)制的不完善、監(jiān)獄民警隊(duì)伍綜合教育素質(zhì)欠缺以及財(cái)產(chǎn)型罪犯自身的局限性等。為此,針對(duì)財(cái)產(chǎn)型罪犯思想政治教育的現(xiàn)存的基本問(wèn)題,提出優(yōu)化和創(chuàng)新財(cái)產(chǎn)型罪犯思想政治教育的策略。當(dāng)前開(kāi)展財(cái)產(chǎn)型罪犯的思想政治教育應(yīng)始終堅(jiān)持馬克思主義的科學(xué)指導(dǎo),以社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀為思想引領(lǐng),堅(jiān)持因人施教、分類(lèi)施教以及理論結(jié)合實(shí)踐的原則,進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)財(cái)產(chǎn)型罪犯思想政治教育模式的創(chuàng)新。并優(yōu)化財(cái)產(chǎn)型罪犯思想政治教育的機(jī)制,加強(qiáng)人才隊(duì)伍的建設(shè),不斷引導(dǎo)財(cái)產(chǎn)型罪犯開(kāi)展自我教育,從而提升財(cái)產(chǎn)型罪犯思想政治教育的實(shí)效性,開(kāi)創(chuàng)監(jiān)獄思想政治教育的新局面。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's market economy, our country has made great achievements in politics, economy and cultural construction. However, due to the collision of multiculturalism and the interweaving of conflicts of interests, it also leads to a further increase in the crime rate of property type. Therefore, the education and reform of property criminals are highly concerned by the state and society. The ideological and political education of property criminals has a unique connotation, which embodies the distinct characteristics of difficulty, complexity and repetition. Under the new situation in the new period, it is highly necessary to strengthen the ideological and political education of property-type criminals, which is the realistic need to maintain social harmony and stability, and is the fundamental way to carry out the idea of people-oriented reform and protect the vital interests of criminals. It is the objective need to maintain the security in prison and optimize the management of prison education. It is also an inevitable choice to promote the transformation of property criminals to law-abiding citizens. Based on the investigation and analysis of the present situation of the ideological and political education of the property-type criminals, this paper sums up a series of achievements in the ideological and political education of the property-type criminals, and points out the problems existing in the ideological and political education of the property-type criminals. It includes the insufficient attention to the ideological and political education of the property-type criminals, the imperfection of various prison mechanisms, the lack of comprehensive education quality of the prison police and the limitations of the property-type criminals themselves. Therefore, aiming at the existing basic problems of the ideological and political education of the property-type criminals, this paper puts forward the strategies of optimizing and innovating the ideological and political education of the property-type criminals. At present, the ideological and political education of property-type criminals should always adhere to the scientific guidance of Marxism, take the socialist core values as the ideological guidance, adhere to the principles of teaching by people, teaching by classification and combining theory with practice. We should further strengthen the innovation of the ideological and political education model of property criminals. It also optimizes the mechanism of ideological and political education for property-type criminals, strengthens the construction of qualified personnel, and continuously guides the property-type criminals to carry out self-education so as to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education for property-type criminals. To create a new situation of ideological and political education in prisons.
