【摘要】：當(dāng)前,世界多極化趨勢(shì)明顯,經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化迅猛發(fā)展,文化多樣化廣泛開展,社會(huì)信息化持續(xù)推進(jìn),國家和國際組織等各國際行為體之間的相互交往、相互依存的程度空前加深,各方利益交融與優(yōu)勢(shì)互補(bǔ)的廣度和深度達(dá)到人類發(fā)展史上的最高水平。和平、發(fā)展、合作、共贏已經(jīng)成為引領(lǐng)全球發(fā)展的時(shí)代潮流,隨著國際社會(huì)之間的相互聯(lián)系日益深化,全球各國際行為體逐漸結(jié)成你中有我、我中有你的同舟共濟(jì)的命運(yùn)共同體。為主動(dòng)適應(yīng)時(shí)代發(fā)展的潮流,習(xí)近平站在中國人民和世界各國人民的共同立場上旗幟鮮明地提出了著眼全球的合作共贏思想,主張各國在處理國際事務(wù)時(shí)牢固樹立人類命運(yùn)共同體意識(shí),關(guān)注全人類的共同利益和持續(xù)發(fā)展。他倡議各國在追求本國切身利益最大化的同時(shí),注重兼顧別國的正當(dāng)關(guān)切,在謀求本國全面發(fā)展時(shí)推動(dòng)世界各國實(shí)現(xiàn)共同發(fā)展和繁榮。當(dāng)前,國際社會(huì)中發(fā)展較不平衡的現(xiàn)象日益凸顯,只有將全人類的利益和發(fā)展視為統(tǒng)一的整體,在處理國際事務(wù)時(shí)各國加強(qiáng)彼此之間的理解和協(xié)調(diào),在全球范圍內(nèi)逐步確立起更加均衡且平等的新型全球發(fā)展伙伴關(guān)系,各國際行為體共同享有權(quán)利并承擔(dān)責(zé)任,才能切實(shí)增進(jìn)全人類共同利益,造福世界人民。在借鑒和研究已有文獻(xiàn)資料的基礎(chǔ)上,本文以習(xí)近平合作共贏思想的主要內(nèi)涵和實(shí)踐路徑為研究中心,進(jìn)行深入分析和詳細(xì)闡述。由于當(dāng)前學(xué)術(shù)界對(duì)合作共贏思想的體系研究成果極少,期望通過畢業(yè)論文的寫作彌補(bǔ)一定的學(xué)術(shù)空白,論文基本內(nèi)容如下:第一部分主要介紹習(xí)近平合作共贏思想的形成依據(jù)與提出過程,形成依據(jù)從現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù)和理論依據(jù)兩個(gè)層面展開;第二部分詳細(xì)闡述習(xí)近平合作共贏思想的主要內(nèi)涵和特征。構(gòu)建合作共贏思想體系,闡述其主要內(nèi)涵并深入總結(jié)和分析其思想特征;第三部分是具體闡述習(xí)近平合作共贏思想的實(shí)踐路徑,從推進(jìn)“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略、構(gòu)建新型大國關(guān)系和營造共享的國際安全格局三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行詳細(xì)論述;第四部分是簡要分析習(xí)近平合作共贏思想的重要地位和意義。
[Abstract]:At present, the trend of multipolarization in the world is evident, with the rapid development of economic globalization, the extensive development of cultural diversity, the continuous advancement of social information, the interaction between various international actors, such as countries and international organizations, and the unprecedented deepening of interdependence. The breadth and depth of mutual benefits and complementary advantages reach the highest level in the history of human development. Peace, development, cooperation and win-win cooperation have become the trend of the times leading global development. With the deepening of the interrelationship between the international community, various international actors around the world are gradually becoming self-centered. I have your shared destiny. In order to take the initiative to adapt to the trend of development of the times, Xi Jinping put forward the idea of global cooperation and win-win from the common stand of the Chinese people and the peoples of the world. In handling international affairs, countries should firmly establish the sense of community of human destiny and pay attention to the common interests and sustainable development of all mankind. He urged all countries to pay attention to the legitimate concerns of other countries while pursuing the maximization of their own vital interests, and to promote the common development and prosperity of all countries in the world while pursuing their all-round development. At present, the phenomenon of a more uneven development in the international community is increasingly evident, and only when the interests and development of all mankind are regarded as a unified whole, and in the conduct of international affairs, States strengthen understanding and coordination among themselves, Only by gradually establishing a more balanced and equitable new global partnership for development in which all international actors share their rights and responsibilities can the common interests of all mankind be effectively promoted and the people of the world benefit. On the basis of reference and research on the existing literature, this paper takes the main connotation and practice path of Xi Jinping cooperation and win-win thought as the research center, carries on the thorough analysis and the elaboration in detail. As the current academic research on the system of win-win cooperation is very few, it is expected to fill a certain academic gap through the writing of graduation papers. The basic contents of the thesis are as follows: the first part mainly introduces the forming basis and putting forward process of Xi Jinping cooperation and win-win thought, which is based on the realistic basis and the theoretical basis. The second part elaborates the main connotation and characteristics of Xi Jinping cooperation-win-win thought in detail. The third part is to elaborate the practical path of Xi Jinping cooperation and win-win thinking, and to promote the strategy of "Belt and Road". The fourth part is a brief analysis of the importance and significance of Xi Jinping cooperation and win-win thinking.
