【摘要】：全球化時(shí)代背景下,人類相互依存的程度不斷加深,這在客觀上為合作提供了機(jī)遇,而全球經(jīng)濟(jì)的疲軟以及全球性問題的不斷涌現(xiàn),使得世界關(guān)于構(gòu)建新型國際合作機(jī)制的呼聲不絕于耳。作為當(dāng)今世界第二大國,習(xí)近平在國內(nèi)發(fā)展條件具備以及外部環(huán)境成熟的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了富有創(chuàng)造力的“人類命運(yùn)共同體”理念�？梢哉f,這一理念是內(nèi)外因共同作用的結(jié)果,因此它的出現(xiàn)順應(yīng)了時(shí)代發(fā)展的趨勢(shì),迎合了世界人民的利益訴求,是新時(shí)代下的中國核心外交理念,已成為習(xí)氏外交的重要標(biāo)簽。本文主要從“人類命運(yùn)共同體”的內(nèi)涵、思想淵源、面臨的挑戰(zhàn)以及構(gòu)建的路徑四個(gè)方面對(duì)其進(jìn)行了闡釋,在目前相關(guān)研究眾多的背景下,筆者在文中提出了自己的一些看法。作為當(dāng)下中國核心的外交理念,“人類命運(yùn)共同體”承載著中國人的“中國夢(mèng)”和“世界夢(mèng)”,它繼承了中國傳統(tǒng)優(yōu)秀文化的精華,也發(fā)展了馬克思主義經(jīng)典作家的共同體思想,同時(shí)又在當(dāng)代固有中國外交理念基礎(chǔ)上實(shí)現(xiàn)了創(chuàng)新,體現(xiàn)了中國特色和中國智慧。但是,“人類命運(yùn)共同體”的構(gòu)建面臨著諸多挑戰(zhàn),這些挑戰(zhàn)既有國內(nèi)的,也有國外的,既有固有的,也有新出現(xiàn)的。因此,其構(gòu)建路徑也應(yīng)當(dāng)是全方面、多領(lǐng)域的共同努力�？傊�,“人類命運(yùn)共同體”的構(gòu)建任重而道遠(yuǎn),但它的前途是光明的,我們應(yīng)當(dāng)堅(jiān)信,“人類命運(yùn)共同體”終將實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:In the era of globalization, the degree of human interdependence is deepening, which objectively provides an opportunity for cooperation, while the global economy is weak and global problems continue to emerge. Make the world on the construction of a new type of international cooperation mechanism calls for endless ears. As the second largest country in the world, Xi Jinping put forward the creative concept of "human destiny community" on the basis of the domestic development conditions and the maturity of the external environment. It can be said that this concept is the result of the joint action of internal and external causes, so its emergence conforms to the trend of the development of the times, caters to the interests of the people of the world, and is the core diplomatic philosophy of China under the new era. Has become an important label of his diplomacy. In this paper, the connotation, thought origin, challenge and construction path of the "Community of Human fate" are explained. Under the background of many related studies, the author puts forward some views in this paper. As the core of China's diplomatic philosophy, the "Community of Human Destiny" bears the "Chinese Dream" and "World Dream" of the Chinese people, and it inherits the essence of Chinese traditional excellent culture. It also develops the community thought of the classical Marxist writers, and at the same time realizes the innovation on the basis of the contemporary inherent Chinese diplomatic idea, which embodies the Chinese characteristics and Chinese wisdom. However, the construction of the Community of Human Destiny faces many challenges, both domestic and foreign, inherent and new. Therefore, its construction path should also be a joint effort of all aspects and many fields. In short, the construction of "Human Destiny Community" has a long way to go, but its future is bright. We should firmly believe that the "Human Destiny Community" will be realized.
