【摘要】：自上世紀80年代以來,伴隨著我國城市化進程加速推進,大量農(nóng)村勞動力涌向城市,為城市發(fā)展做出貢獻。而因為戶籍制度等多方面的影響,他們的孩子被留在了農(nóng)村,形成了被稱為是“農(nóng)村留守兒童”的特殊群體。本文以文獻研究和對舟山漁農(nóng)村留守兒童的實地調(diào)研走訪為基礎(chǔ),歸納總結(jié)當下舟山漁農(nóng)村留守兒童存在的包括生活、學業(yè)、心理,監(jiān)護四個方面表現(xiàn)出的問題,從家庭、政府、學校和社會四個角度分析問題,認為主要家庭關(guān)愛缺失、政府治理不當、學校關(guān)心欠缺和社會關(guān)注不足導致,并最終探索四個主體參與解決舟山漁農(nóng)村留守兒童問題的路徑選擇,提出應(yīng)當加強情感建設(shè),重視家庭關(guān)懷;推進法制建設(shè),完善政府監(jiān)督;注重全面發(fā)展,強化學校教育;聚合多方力量,加大社會支持四個方面的路徑選擇,從而為舟山解決漁農(nóng)村留守兒童問題提供參考。
[Abstract]:Since the 1980s, with the acceleration of urbanization in China, a large number of rural labor force flocked to the city and contributed to the urban development. Because of the influence of household registration system, their children were left in rural areas, forming a special group called "rural left-behind children". On the basis of literature research and field investigation and visit to the left-behind children in Zhoushan fishing countryside, this paper summarizes the problems existing in the present Zhoushan fishing countryside left-behind children, including life, education, psychology and guardianship. The government, schools and society analyzed the problems from four angles: lack of care for the major families, improper governance of the government, lack of care in schools and insufficient attention from the society. And finally explore the four subjects to participate in solving the problem of left-behind children in Zhoushan rural path choice, put forward that we should strengthen emotional construction, attach importance to family care, promote the construction of legal system, improve government supervision, pay attention to comprehensive development, strengthen school education; To increase the path choice of four aspects of social support, so as to provide a reference for Zhoushan to solve the problem of left-behind children in rural areas.
