農(nóng)村留守女童安全教育問(wèn)題研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,農(nóng)村剩余勞動(dòng)力向城市轉(zhuǎn)移成為不可阻擋的大浪潮。由于多種原因,許多農(nóng)民工外出務(wù)工卻不能把孩子帶在身邊,只能把他們留在農(nóng)村,由長(zhǎng)輩或親屬照看,他們就成為社會(huì)中的一個(gè)特殊群體——留守兒童。近年來(lái),媒體不斷曝出留守女童的安全事件,每一件都觸目驚心,牽動(dòng)著每一個(gè)人的心。留守女童由于缺乏安全知識(shí)、生理衛(wèi)生知識(shí)以及性知識(shí),容易受到意外事件甚至性侵害、拐賣(mài)等惡性事件的傷害。女童是未來(lái)的母親,也是未來(lái)祖國(guó)的建設(shè)者。留守女童的安全不僅關(guān)乎到家庭的幸福,更關(guān)乎到社會(huì)的和諧與穩(wěn)定,因此,研究留守女童的安全教育問(wèn)題具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文主要通過(guò)對(duì)呼和浩特市賽罕區(qū)三所農(nóng)村中心校的學(xué)生、老師、家庭進(jìn)行實(shí)地調(diào)查研究,走近留守女童,了解發(fā)生在留守女童身上的安全狀況,分析得出留守女童存在的安全問(wèn)題;谝陨系慕Y(jié)論進(jìn)一步剖析了農(nóng)村留守女童安全教育缺失的成因,主要有:家庭思想教育與監(jiān)護(hù)人安全教育意識(shí)的缺失、學(xué)校對(duì)安全教育的忽視、政府對(duì)保護(hù)工作重視不足以及相關(guān)法律法規(guī)的不健全、社會(huì)對(duì)安全教育宣傳不夠以及村委會(huì)監(jiān)管失職。在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了解決農(nóng)村留守女童安全教育問(wèn)題的對(duì)策措施:加快農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè),提供便利的城市入學(xué)條件;加強(qiáng)監(jiān)護(hù)人的安全教育意識(shí),倡導(dǎo)良好的家庭思想教育,提高留守女童的自我保護(hù)意識(shí);營(yíng)造安全的校園環(huán)境,開(kāi)設(shè)并完善安全教育課程內(nèi)容,重視生理心理健康教育,加強(qiáng)留守女童的思想品德教育;增強(qiáng)政府的主導(dǎo)能力,動(dòng)員全社會(huì)的力量,共同加入到關(guān)愛(ài)留守女童的大家庭中,使她們遠(yuǎn)離傷害,快樂(lè)健康的成長(zhǎng)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, the transfer of rural surplus labor to cities has become an irresistible tide. For a variety of reasons, many migrant workers can not take their children with them, but they can only leave them in the countryside, to be cared for by their elders or relatives, so they become a special group in the society-left-behind children. In recent years, the media continue to expose the safety of girls left behind, each shocking, affecting everyone's heart. Due to the lack of safety knowledge, knowledge of physiology and hygiene and knowledge of sex, girls left behind are vulnerable to accidents, even sexual abuse, abduction and other vicious events. Girl is the mother of the future, but also the builder of the future motherland. The safety of the left-behind girl is not only related to the happiness of the family, but also to the harmony and stability of the society. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the safety education of the left-behind girl. In this paper, the students, teachers and families of three rural central schools in Saihan District, Hohhot City, are investigated in the field to get closer to the left-behind girls and to understand the safety situation of the left-behind girls. The safety problems of the girls left behind were analyzed. Based on the above conclusions, the causes of the lack of safety education for rural left-behind girls are further analyzed. The main reasons are: the lack of awareness of family ideological education and guardian safety education, the neglect of safety education in schools. The government pays less attention to the protection work, the relevant laws and regulations are not perfect, the society does not give enough publicity to the safety education, and the village committee fails to supervise its duties. On the basis of this, the author puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem of safety education of girls left behind in rural areas: speeding up the construction of rural economy, providing convenient conditions for urban entrance, strengthening the consciousness of safety education of guardians and advocating good family ideological education. To improve the awareness of self-protection of girls left behind, to create a safe campus environment, to set up and improve the contents of safety education courses, to attach importance to physical and mental health education, to strengthen the ideological and moral education of girls left behind, and to strengthen the leading ability of the government. Mobilize the strength of the whole society, join in the big family of caring for the girl left behind, keep them away from harm and grow up happily and healthily.
