【摘要】：晚清中興名臣曾國藩是一位頗具影響力的人物,他不僅是世人稱頌的道德楷模,也是奉行廉政的典范。生活在政治黑暗、社會混亂的腐朽落后時代,曾國藩立志于匡國濟民,堅守“當官不以發(fā)財為本”的為官信條,堅持清正廉潔的作風。他堅持從自身做起,秉持圣賢之志,堅守民本、勤儉、廉潔之道,選賢用廉、嚴整吏治,為時人樹立了良好的為官榜樣。他率先垂范,并教育引導子弟和幕僚躬身實踐,帶動了官場風氣的轉(zhuǎn)變,在一定程度上扭轉(zhuǎn)了當時社會貪污腐敗的現(xiàn)象。本文以曾國藩的家書、日記、奏章、詩文等為基本素材,從中全面梳理曾國藩的廉政思想,旨在挖掘其富有現(xiàn)代價值的思想精髓,為當代反腐倡廉建設(shè)提供一些值得借鑒的積極資源。論文共分三部分。第一部分介紹了曾國藩廉政思想的形成。曾國藩身處內(nèi)憂外患的混亂時局,在官吏貪污腐敗至極的狀況下,他從儒家傳統(tǒng)文化和其他諸子百家思想中吸取精華,發(fā)揚簡樸的傳世家風,一生嚴格堅守廉潔從政準則,形成了其特有的廉政思想。第二部分總結(jié)了曾國藩廉政思想的主要內(nèi)容。主要從曾國藩讀書非官、安邦定國的修身之道,愛惜民力、主張仁政的民本之道,以勤為本、以儉養(yǎng)廉的勤儉之道,唯才是舉、廉明為用的選人之道,不積私財、廉潔自律的為官之道,整頓吏治、嚴懲腐敗的反貪之道等六個方面展開。第三部分著重探討曾國藩廉政思想對當代反腐倡廉建設(shè)的借鑒作用。包括立志修身,切實筑牢廉潔從政的思想防線;以民為本,打牢廉潔從政的事業(yè)根基;勤勉簡樸,發(fā)揚廉潔從政的優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng);選廉用賢,構(gòu)建廉潔從政的人才隊伍;崇廉拒腐,守住廉潔從政的政治底線;嚴懲腐敗,加強廉潔從政的制度建設(shè)等六個方面。
[Abstract]:Zeng Guofan, a famous official in the late Qing Dynasty, was not only a moral model praised by the world, but also a model of clean government. Living in a decadent and backward era of political darkness and social chaos, Zeng Guofan set his sights on Kuangguo and adhered to the official creed of "not taking wealth as the basis" and the clean and clean style. He insisted on starting from their own, adhering to the will of saints, adhering to the people-based, thrifty, clean way, the selection of virtuous officials, strict, set a good example for officials. He set an example and educated and guided his children and staff to practice, which led to the transformation of official atmosphere and reversed the phenomenon of corruption to a certain extent. In this paper, Zeng Guofan's family letters, diaries, seals, poems and so on as the basic material, from which the overall combing of Zeng Guofan's clean government thought, in order to excavate its modern value of the essence of thought, For the contemporary anti-corruption construction to provide some positive resources worthy of reference. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part introduces the formation of Zeng Guofan's clean government thought. Zeng Guofan was in the midst of internal and external chaos. In the extreme state of corruption and corruption among officials, he drew the essence from the traditional Confucian culture and other hundred schools of thought, carried forward a simple style of inheritance, and strictly adhered to the principles of clean government throughout his life. Formed its unique thought of clean government. The second part summarizes the main content of Zeng Guofan's clean government thought. Mainly from the Zeng Guofan study non-official, Anbang Dingguo self-cultivation, cherish the people, advocate the people of benevolent government, hard-oriented, thrifty, thrift, thrift is the way to choose people, not to accumulate private wealth, Integrity and self-discipline as officials, rectifying officials, and punishing corruption in six areas. The third part focuses on Zeng Guofan's theory of clean government and its reference to the construction of anti-corruption. Including the determination to cultivate oneself, to build a solid ideological defense line of honest and political affairs; to take the people as the basis and firmly lay the foundation of the cause of honesty and political work; to be diligent and simple, to carry forward the fine tradition of honest and honest political work; to select honest and virtuous people and to build up a contingent of honest and political personnel; and to worship honesty and refuse corruption, Guard the political bottom line of honest and political participation, punish corruption severely, strengthen the system construction of clean political participation, etc.
