【摘要】：近年來,在中國的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展速度以及社會快速發(fā)展水平穩(wěn)步提高的過程中,農(nóng)村社會的整體面貌發(fā)生了翻天覆地的變化。但是,隨著社會的發(fā)展,我國農(nóng)村基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)和基本公共服務(wù)供給并沒有發(fā)生大的變化。為了滿足農(nóng)村公共服務(wù)的社會需求,實現(xiàn)城鄉(xiāng)一體化發(fā)展,必須對目前的農(nóng)村社會治理出現(xiàn)的問題進(jìn)行改善,以較低的成本來改變農(nóng)村基本公共服務(wù)水平,最終實現(xiàn)城鄉(xiāng)基本公共服務(wù),將農(nóng)村社會治理的相關(guān)問題發(fā)展整合。農(nóng)村社區(qū)的發(fā)展是進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)農(nóng)村社會改革,促進(jìn)城鄉(xiāng)公共服務(wù)一體化的有力措施。本文從幾個維度出發(fā),結(jié)合諸城市的農(nóng)村社區(qū)改革實踐,并通過查閱資料,對農(nóng)村社區(qū)建設(shè)的國際國內(nèi)狀況進(jìn)行研究,汲取有益經(jīng)驗,正確認(rèn)識城市社區(qū)治理模式的形成。農(nóng)村社區(qū)機(jī)構(gòu)的定位是合理的、準(zhǔn)確的,村民自治,優(yōu)化農(nóng)村社區(qū)治理,促進(jìn)社會主義新農(nóng)村的建設(shè),才能逐步實現(xiàn)城鄉(xiāng)公共服務(wù)一體化的重要價值;同時,通過分析目前諸城市農(nóng)村社區(qū)治理的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題,布局未來農(nóng)村社區(qū)治理模式,并實現(xiàn)優(yōu)良發(fā)展對策在中國其他農(nóng)村地區(qū)的應(yīng)用及創(chuàng)新,提供給城鄉(xiāng)一體化發(fā)展足夠的參考素材。
[Abstract]:In recent years, in the process of China's rapid economic development and rapid social development, the overall appearance of rural society has undergone earth-shaking changes.However, with the development of society, the construction of rural infrastructure and the supply of basic public services have not changed greatly.In order to meet the social needs of rural public services and realize the integration of urban and rural development, we must improve the current problems of rural social governance, and change the level of rural basic public services at lower cost.Finally, the realization of urban and rural basic public services, rural social governance issues related to the development of integration.The development of rural communities is a powerful measure to further strengthen rural social reform and promote the integration of urban and rural public services.Starting from several dimensions, combining the practice of rural community reform in Zhucheng, this paper studies the international and domestic conditions of rural community construction through consulting information, and draws useful experience to correctly understand the formation of urban community governance model.The orientation of rural community organization is reasonable and accurate, villagers' autonomy, optimizing rural community governance and promoting the construction of new socialist countryside can gradually realize the important value of urban and rural public service integration.By analyzing the present situation and existing problems of rural community governance in Zhucheng City, the future rural community governance model is laid out, and the application and innovation of excellent development countermeasures in other rural areas of China are realized.To provide adequate reference materials for the development of urban and rural integration.
