【摘要】：20世紀(jì)80年代以來(lái),黨外知識(shí)逐漸發(fā)揮著巨大作用,是愛(ài)國(guó)統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線的重要成員。他們規(guī)模大,人數(shù)多,在維護(hù)社會(huì)安定團(tuán)結(jié)、促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、振興我國(guó)教育事業(yè)、實(shí)施科教興國(guó)、人才強(qiáng)國(guó)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)強(qiáng)國(guó)戰(zhàn)略等方面發(fā)揮著重要作用。另外,他們具有極高的知識(shí)水平、極為廣的社會(huì)聯(lián)系、巨大的影響力、極強(qiáng)的自主意識(shí)以及創(chuàng)新能力,是促進(jìn)社會(huì)和諧發(fā)展、綠色發(fā)展,深化改革的重要依靠力量。做好黨外知識(shí)分子的統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)工作,對(duì)于鞏固和擴(kuò)大黨的群眾基礎(chǔ)、實(shí)施人才強(qiáng)國(guó)戰(zhàn)略與建設(shè)創(chuàng)新型國(guó)家、構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)具有非凡意義。改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),我國(guó)所有制形式出現(xiàn)了新的變化,社會(huì)階層不再局限于原有的格局,出現(xiàn)了很多新的社會(huì)階層,社會(huì)成員的思想觀念隨著社會(huì)大環(huán)境的變化愈發(fā)開(kāi)放。在此背景下,黨外知識(shí)分子出現(xiàn)了一系列新常態(tài)和新特點(diǎn),另外,社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展,使部分黨外知識(shí)分子滋生拜金主義、享樂(lè)主義、功利主義等消極情緒,背離了中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的發(fā)展路線。統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線實(shí)現(xiàn)民族同一的任務(wù)變得更加沉重和艱巨。因此,黨外知識(shí)分子統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)工作必須精確的找到對(duì)象,清晰的理出思路,并在此基礎(chǔ)上尋找有針對(duì)性的解決措施。本文以黨外知識(shí)分子為研究對(duì)象,在對(duì)其現(xiàn)實(shí)情況進(jìn)行細(xì)致和全面的調(diào)查和分析之后,著重分析黨外知識(shí)分子所呈現(xiàn)的不同于以往的變化及其對(duì)統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線的影響,并在此基礎(chǔ)上分析和探究將其統(tǒng)一在中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的周?chē)穆窂竭x擇及其對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Since 1980's, non-party knowledge has played a great role and is an important member of the patriotic United front.Their large scale and large numbers play an important role in maintaining social stability and unity, promoting economic development, revitalizing our country's educational undertakings, implementing the strategy of revitalizing the country through science and education, strengthening the country with talent, and strengthening the country on the network.In addition, they have a very high level of knowledge, extremely wide social relations, huge influence, strong independent consciousness and innovation ability, which are the important strength to promote the harmonious development of society, green development and deepen the reform.Doing well the United front work of the intellectuals outside the Party is of great significance to consolidate and expand the mass base of the Party, to implement the strategy of strengthening the country by talents, to build an innovative country, and to build a harmonious socialist society.Since the reform and opening up, there have been new changes in the form of ownership in our country, the social stratum is no longer confined to the original pattern, and many new social strata have appeared. With the change of the social environment, the ideology of the social members has become more and more open.In this context, a series of new normal and new characteristics have emerged among non-Party intellectuals. In addition, the rapid development of socialist market economy and network technology has led some non-Party intellectuals to breed money worship and hedonism.Negative emotions such as utilitarianism deviate from the development line of the Communist Party of China.The task of achieving national unity in the United front has become even heavier and more arduous.Therefore, the United front work of the intellectuals outside the Party must find the object precisely, clear out the train of thought, and on this basis seek the targeted solution.This article takes the non-Party intellectuals as the research object, after carrying on the detailed and comprehensive investigation and analysis to its realistic situation, emphatically analyzes the change which the non-Party intellectuals present and its influence on the United front.On the basis of this, the paper analyzes and probes into the path choice and countermeasures of unifying it around the Communist Party of China.
