養(yǎng)老服務(wù)人才遠(yuǎn)程培訓(xùn)意愿及其影響因素研究

【摘要】:目的:本研究在民政部高度重視養(yǎng)老服務(wù)人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè),積極推動(dòng)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)人才遠(yuǎn)程培訓(xùn)的背景下,以全國(guó)的養(yǎng)老服務(wù)人才為研究對(duì)象,調(diào)查養(yǎng)老服務(wù)人才參加遠(yuǎn)程培訓(xùn)的意愿,探討其參加遠(yuǎn)程培訓(xùn)意愿的影響因素。研究不同人口學(xué)特征養(yǎng)老服務(wù)人才在參加遠(yuǎn)程培訓(xùn)意愿上的差異,探討遠(yuǎn)程培訓(xùn)意愿與各因素之間的影響關(guān)系和影響強(qiáng)度,發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題并進(jìn)行討論,再結(jié)合全國(guó)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)人才遠(yuǎn)程培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目實(shí)施后的學(xué)員評(píng)價(jià)給出對(duì)策和建議。為“十三五”規(guī)劃期間全國(guó)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)人才的遠(yuǎn)程培訓(xùn)提供數(shù)據(jù)支持,優(yōu)化養(yǎng)老服務(wù)人才遠(yuǎn)程培訓(xùn)新模式,提高養(yǎng)老服務(wù)人才參加遠(yuǎn)程培訓(xùn)的意愿。方法:(1)采用分層隨機(jī)抽樣在14個(gè)省市中抽取20家養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)共500名養(yǎng)老服務(wù)人才進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,回收491份有效問(wèn)卷,有效率達(dá)到98.2%。通過(guò)Epidata 3.1軟件建立影響因素?cái)?shù)據(jù)庫(kù),再利用統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件spss 20.0進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析。采用克朗巴哈系數(shù)檢驗(yàn)問(wèn)卷信度、因子分析檢驗(yàn)問(wèn)卷結(jié)構(gòu)效度;采用一般統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)方法描述人口學(xué)基本情況、參加遠(yuǎn)程培訓(xùn)意愿的得分和等級(jí)分布;采用因子分析對(duì)遠(yuǎn)程培訓(xùn)意愿的影響因素進(jìn)行降維,提取公因子;采用T檢驗(yàn)和方差分析探討不同人口學(xué)特征對(duì)遠(yuǎn)程培訓(xùn)意愿的影響;相關(guān)性分析探討公因子影響因素與遠(yuǎn)程培訓(xùn)意愿的線(xiàn)性相關(guān)關(guān)系;多元回歸方程分析養(yǎng)老服務(wù)人才參加遠(yuǎn)程培訓(xùn)意愿的影響因素及影響強(qiáng)度。對(duì)專(zhuān)家、技術(shù)人員、管理人員和養(yǎng)老護(hù)理員進(jìn)行訪(fǎng)談;(2)采用普查方法在遠(yuǎn)程學(xué)習(xí)平臺(tái)上對(duì)已接受過(guò)遠(yuǎn)程培訓(xùn)的養(yǎng)老護(hù)理員和養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)院長(zhǎng)進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,其中護(hù)理員1710人、院長(zhǎng)645人。對(duì)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)人才遠(yuǎn)程培訓(xùn)模式進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)人才遠(yuǎn)程培訓(xùn)中存在的問(wèn)題及原因。結(jié)果:(1)問(wèn)卷總體Cronbach’s a系數(shù)為0.900,KMO值為0.907,P0.001,測(cè)量問(wèn)卷各維度的Cronbach’s a系數(shù)均在0.632以上,各測(cè)量條目在所對(duì)應(yīng)維度上的總方差解擇率均高于60%;(2)48.9%的養(yǎng)老服務(wù)人才存在較高的遠(yuǎn)程培訓(xùn)意愿;(3)人口學(xué)特征中對(duì)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)人才參加遠(yuǎn)程培訓(xùn)意愿存在顯著影響(P0.05)的有是否參加過(guò)遠(yuǎn)程培訓(xùn)、年齡、工作年限、婚姻狀況等;(4)遠(yuǎn)程培訓(xùn)意愿影響因素中,培訓(xùn)收獲評(píng)價(jià)、交流互動(dòng)水平評(píng)價(jià)、遠(yuǎn)程培訓(xùn)可及性評(píng)價(jià)、他人的支持與參加遠(yuǎn)程培訓(xùn)意愿呈正相關(guān),個(gè)人因素影響、外界環(huán)境影響與遠(yuǎn)程培訓(xùn)意愿呈負(fù)相關(guān);(5)多元線(xiàn)性回歸分析發(fā)現(xiàn)他人的支持、培訓(xùn)收獲評(píng)價(jià)、遠(yuǎn)程培訓(xùn)可及性評(píng)價(jià)、外界環(huán)境影響等因子對(duì)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)人才遠(yuǎn)程培訓(xùn)意愿具有有效的預(yù)測(cè)作用。結(jié)論:全國(guó)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)人才參加遠(yuǎn)程培訓(xùn)的意愿還未達(dá)到較高水平,不同個(gè)人特征的養(yǎng)老服務(wù)人才參培意愿存在顯著差異。養(yǎng)老服務(wù)人才的遠(yuǎn)程培訓(xùn)意愿受培訓(xùn)收獲、遠(yuǎn)程培訓(xùn)可及性、他人的支持、外界環(huán)境等的影響。遠(yuǎn)程培訓(xùn)應(yīng)完善技術(shù)服務(wù)體系和課程資源服務(wù),構(gòu)建課堂學(xué)習(xí)氛圍、豐富交互學(xué)習(xí)方式,結(jié)合移動(dòng)終端提高遠(yuǎn)程學(xué)習(xí)的可及性。政府應(yīng)發(fā)揮支持作用,做好全國(guó)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)人才遠(yuǎn)程培訓(xùn)推廣工作,加強(qiáng)遠(yuǎn)程培訓(xùn)質(zhì)量建設(shè),打造完善的職業(yè)鑒定、晉升、激勵(lì)體系,關(guān)注人口學(xué)差異,推行全過(guò)程的督學(xué)。
[Abstract]:Objective: This study attaches great importance to the pension service personnel construction in the Ministry of civil affairs, actively promote the pension service personnel remote training under the background of national pension service personnel as the research object, investigation of pension service personnel in remote training will, to explore its influencing factors in distance training intention. Different demographic characteristics of pension service personnel in the difference in distance training intention, influence between various factors and the willingness of distance training and the relationship between the effect of strength, found the problem and discussed, combined with the national pension service personnel training after the implementation of the project participants are countermeasures and suggestions.
