【摘要】：我國作為發(fā)展中國家,同時也是世界第一人口大國,已經(jīng)成為全球老年人口數(shù)最多的國家之一。隨著我國老齡化、家庭小型化,老年人多元化的服務需求日益增長,這就為社會工作精準介入老年人多元化的服務需求方面提供了更大的介入空間,但也從另一方面暴露出我國老齡化的急劇加快。目前我國的養(yǎng)老體系已不能滿足社區(qū)老年人多元化的服務需求,那么,如何讓社會工作精準介入社區(qū)老年人多元化的服務需求,讓他們安享天倫之樂成為值得我們深入思考的問題。本文將結(jié)合北京市石景山區(qū)中正社會工作事務所的新項目“三社聯(lián)動創(chuàng)新社區(qū)為老服務新模式”,該項目將社區(qū)老年人進行分類并根據(jù)老年人多元化的服務需求總結(jié)出社區(qū)老年人多元化服務需求金字塔,按照老年人多元化的需求金字塔,社會工作從不同角度精準介入具體的需求領域,進而改變以往單一的介入方式,讓社會工作在滿足社區(qū)老年人多元化的服務需求中發(fā)揮主導作用。
[Abstract]:As a developing country, as well as the world's largest population country, China has become one of the most populous countries in the world. With the aging of our country and the miniaturization of families, the demand for diversified services for the elderly is increasing day by day. This provides greater space for social work to intervene precisely in the diverse service needs of the elderly. But on the other hand, it also exposes the rapid acceleration of aging in our country. At present, the pension system in our country can no longer meet the diversified service needs of the elderly in the community. So, how can social work be involved in the diversified service needs of the elderly in the community? Let them enjoy the happiness of the family to become worthy of our in-depth thinking. This paper will be combined with the new project of Zhongzheng Social work Office in Shijingshan District, Beijing, "the three Society links and innovative Community for the Old Service New Model", the project will be the Society. The elderly in the district are classified and summed up according to the diversified service needs of the elderly in the community. According to the diversified pyramid of the needs of the elderly, social work can precisely intervene in specific areas of demand from different angles, thus changing the single way of intervention in the past. Let social work play a leading role in meeting the diverse service needs of the elderly in the community.
