【摘要】：中國(guó)共產(chǎn)主義青年團(tuán)(以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)共青團(tuán))是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的助手和后備軍�；仡櫸覈�(guó)歷史以及黨史,總能在其間發(fā)現(xiàn)共青團(tuán)的身影。特別是在五四運(yùn)動(dòng)后的歷史時(shí)期中,共青團(tuán)在中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下,在塑造政治文化和青年社會(huì)化過(guò)程中發(fā)揮了重要的作用。作為重要政治組織,共青團(tuán)在革命斗爭(zhēng)時(shí)期積極宣傳馬克思主義,引領(lǐng)各類(lèi)青年加入革命,為中共輸送優(yōu)秀人才;在抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期及時(shí)轉(zhuǎn)變職能,轉(zhuǎn)型為青年救國(guó)會(huì),在后方發(fā)展生產(chǎn)、參加民主政權(quán)建設(shè)、文化建設(shè),成立各種青年抗日組織,積極配合正規(guī)軍開(kāi)展游擊戰(zhàn);在建國(guó)后,按照黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)轉(zhuǎn)型帶領(lǐng)廣大青年開(kāi)展學(xué)習(xí),爭(zhēng)先創(chuàng)優(yōu),大力推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的服務(wù)型團(tuán)組織等等。每一個(gè)不同的時(shí)期,共青團(tuán)都會(huì)有不同目標(biāo)、任務(wù)、工作方式。從團(tuán)的歷史入手,研究共青團(tuán)每一次的轉(zhuǎn)型是由哪些因素在推動(dòng),轉(zhuǎn)型是團(tuán)的哪些部分發(fā)生了變化,共青團(tuán)的轉(zhuǎn)型與中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨、青年、青年運(yùn)動(dòng)的關(guān)系,也需要從研究團(tuán)的歷史入手,從而揭示共青團(tuán)演變的內(nèi)在邏輯。2016年7月,中共中央首次召開(kāi)了黨的群團(tuán)工作會(huì),這是中共黨史上第一次群團(tuán)工作會(huì)。會(huì)議召開(kāi)的原因目的,以及共青團(tuán)作為黨的群團(tuán)組織之一在會(huì)議后又將發(fā)生怎樣的轉(zhuǎn)型?新時(shí)期社會(huì)發(fā)展迅猛,隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代的到來(lái),青年一代的工作生活方式發(fā)生了巨大變革。值得高度關(guān)注的現(xiàn)象是,共青團(tuán)與青年的關(guān)系逐漸疏離,共青團(tuán)的組織引導(dǎo)影響力下降,共青團(tuán)的政治職能逐漸弱化,對(duì)團(tuán)組織的工作帶來(lái)很大的困難。本文從概念界定和理論梳理入手,考察共青團(tuán)創(chuàng)立和歷史發(fā)展,研究共青團(tuán)演變過(guò)程,思考共青團(tuán)轉(zhuǎn)型的內(nèi)在邏輯,最后將共青團(tuán)置于當(dāng)代互聯(lián)網(wǎng)迅猛發(fā)展的情況下進(jìn)行分析,指出共青團(tuán)在當(dāng)代的轉(zhuǎn)型。
[Abstract]:The Communist Youth League of China (hereinafter referred to as the Communist Youth League) is the assistant and reserve army of the Communist Party of China. Looking back at the history of our country and the party history, we can always find the figure of the Communist Youth League during this period, especially in the historical period after the May 4th Movement. Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, the Communist Youth League has played an important role in shaping political culture and socialization of youth. As an important political organization, the Communist Youth League actively propagated Marxism during the revolutionary struggle. To lead all kinds of young people to join the revolution, to send outstanding talents to the CPC, to change their functions in time during the War of Resistance against Japan, to transform themselves into the Youth Salvation Association, to develop production in the rear, to participate in the construction of democratic regimes, to build culture, and to set up various youth anti-Japanese organizations, Actively cooperate with the regular army in guerrilla warfare; after the founding of the people's Republic of China, lead the vast number of young people to learn in accordance with the Party's leadership transformation, strive for excellence, vigorously promote economic construction, and so on. Every different period, The Communist Youth League will have different objectives, tasks, and ways of working. Starting from the history of the League, we will study what factors are driving each transformation of the Communist Youth League, which parts of the Communist Youth League have changed, and which parts of the Communist Youth League have changed, and the transformation of the Communist Youth League and the Communist Party of China. The relationship between youth and youth movement also needs to be studied from the history of the Communist Youth League in order to reveal the inner logic of the evolution of the Communist Youth League. In July 2016, the CPC Central Committee held its first meeting on the work of the Communist Party of China. This is the first mass league working meeting in the history of the Communist Party of China. The reason why the conference was held and what kind of transformation will take place after the meeting as one of the mass organizations of the Communist Youth League? With the advent of the Internet era, the way of work and life of the younger generation has undergone tremendous changes. It is a phenomenon of great concern that the relationship between the Communist Youth League and the youth is gradually alienated. The influence of the organizational guidance of the Communist Youth League has declined, and the political function of the Communist Youth League has been gradually weakened, which has brought great difficulties to the work of the League. This paper begins with the definition of the concept and the theoretical analysis, and examines the founding and historical development of the Communist Youth League. This paper studies the evolution process of the Communist Youth League, considers the internal logic of the transformation of the Communist Youth League, and finally analyzes the Communist Youth League in the context of the rapid development of the contemporary Internet, and points out the transformation of the Communist Youth League in the contemporary era.
