【摘要】：21世紀是一個充滿變量的時代,中國對世界的影響力逐漸增強。中國新一屆領(lǐng)導集體面對世界各國的客觀要求和全球多極化的大趨勢,積極發(fā)展中國與世界外交,取得了豐碩的理論和實踐成果,但也面臨著諸多問題�，F(xiàn)在的中國經(jīng)濟雄起,用中國智慧在世界之林開拓出更大的國際空間,走向世界的中心,但在此過程中中國與各國尤其是西方大國的關(guān)系處理問題、中國外交理念被外界誤解問題仍然面臨著巨大挑戰(zhàn)。新時期中國外交在汲取了中華民族優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化、中國歷屆領(lǐng)導人外交思想和馬克思主義外交思想的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了一系列新理念和新戰(zhàn)略,契合了時代發(fā)展要求和國內(nèi)深化改革的需要。十八大以來的中國外交理念主要包括“中國夢”、“正確義利觀”、“新型國際安全觀”、“新型文明觀”、“一帶一路”、“新型大國關(guān)系”及“親、誠、惠、容”周邊外交理念等。習近平的外交理念體現(xiàn)了他對我國外交全局的精確把握和深刻思考,呈現(xiàn)出鮮明的中國特色和全球視野,承擔了與中國國際地位相稱的國際責任,為中國國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展、政治的穩(wěn)定、人民生活的安定營造了良好外部環(huán)境,同時,為推動各國有效合作,應(yīng)對全球性問題和挑戰(zhàn)也起著重要作用。對新時期下中國外交戰(zhàn)略理念與實踐進行深入分析、研究,對我們更加準確理解新時期黨的外交思想,對凝聚億萬人民合力推進實現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的中國夢,以及對促進世界的和平與穩(wěn)定具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Twenty-first Century is full of variables, Chinese increasing influence on the world. China new leaders face the trend of objective requirements in the world and the global multi polarization, the positive development of Chinese and world diplomacy, has made great achievements in theory and practice, but it also faces many problems. Now the economy China male, with China wisdom in the world to develop greater international space, towards the centre of the world, but in the process China with other countries especially to deal with the problem of the Western powers, the diplomatic idea of China outside misunderstood problems still faces huge challenges. The new era China diplomacy in the draw the fine traditional culture of the Chinese nation based China leaders diplomatic thoughts and Marx's diplomatic ideas, put forward a series of new ideas and new strategy to fit the requirements of the development of the times and the deepening The need for reform. Chinese diplomacy since eighteen including "China dream", "right view", "the new concept of international security", "new civilization", "The Belt and Road", "new powers" and "pro, honesty, benefits," Xi Jinping diplomacy surrounding the concept. The diplomatic concept embodies his accurate grasp of global diplomacy in China and profound thinking, showing the distinctive characteristics of China and global vision, bear the international responsibility and China international status, for the development of Chinese domestic economy, political stability, the stability of people's lives and create a good external environment, at the same time, in order to promote effective cooperation among countries, to deal with the global issues and challenges also plays an important role. To study the new period China diplomatic strategy theory and practice of in-depth analysis, for our more accurate understanding of the new period party diplomatic thoughts, to unite The Chinese dream of promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation by the joint efforts of hundreds of millions of people is of great significance to the promotion of peace and stability in the world.
