【摘要】：自新航路的開辟和新大陸的發(fā)現(xiàn),世界歷史的圖景在人類發(fā)展史中鋪展開來,伴隨著科技、文化、交通工具的快速發(fā)展,全球化的進程日益加快,"地球村"已經(jīng)從觀念走向現(xiàn)實,人類社會從未如此緊密相連、休戚與共、水乳交融。新的時期、新的階段,有新的機遇,也不乏新的挑戰(zhàn),世界向何處去?人類如何發(fā)展?一連串新的問題撲面而來。面對新時代、新局面,不同的國家會有不同的答案,構建人類命運共同體的主張正是中國基于全球視野貢獻給世界的"公共產(chǎn)品"。人類命運共同體的構建固然不會一帆風順,它面對著諸如極端的國家權力觀、狹隘的國家利益觀、偏執(zhí)的普世文明觀、片面的一國安全觀、功利的生態(tài)逆持續(xù)觀等方面的多重問題,而人類總是在克服一系列艱難困苦中獲得進步的,在認真分析構建人類命運共同體面臨的問題及其思想根源的基礎上,要通過樹立國際權力觀、弘揚共同利益觀、倡導新型文明觀、堅持整體安全觀、構筑全球生態(tài)文明體系等舉措予以破解,進而邁向人類命運共同體的建構之路。本選題以構建人類命運共同體為主軸,緊緊圍繞"為什么要構建"、"構建過程中面臨哪些問題"、"怎樣破解面臨的問題"三條主線而展開。即在明確人類命運共同體的科學內(nèi)涵的基礎上,圍繞"為什么要構建"挖掘現(xiàn)實依據(jù),以闡明構建人類命運共同體的必要性和重要性;圍繞"構建過程中面臨哪些困境"找尋問題、剖析根源,以明確構建人類命運共同體的主攻方向;圍繞"怎樣破解面臨的問題"直面現(xiàn)實,以探索人類命運共同體的建構之路。本文分為五個章節(jié)。第一章主要是對人類命運共同體進行相關理論闡釋,包括對共同體、命運共同體的概念界定,以及對人類命運共同體本質(zhì)意涵和基本特征的揭示等;第二章致力于探究人類命運共同體理念的思想資源,從馬克思主義經(jīng)典作家的共同體思想、中國共產(chǎn)黨人的全球性理念、中華優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化的深層積淀、西方全球治理思想的有關鏡鑒等幾個方面梳理出人類命運共同體理念的歷史脈絡與理論淵源;第三章是在前兩章的基礎上論述當前構建人類命運共同體的必要性和重要性;第四章從"五位一體"的角度描繪出構建人類命運共同體在政治、經(jīng)濟、文化、安全、生態(tài)等方面面臨問題的具體表現(xiàn)并對其進行原因分析;第五章以解決問題為導向,同樣是從"五位一體"的視角直面問題與根源,針對性地探索構建人類命運共同體的對策。

This thesis focuses on the construction of a common destiny of mankind as the spindle, centering on the "why", "what are the problems in the building process," how to solve the problems faced by "three masterstroke in. Based on the scientific connotation clear on the fate of the human community, around the" Why build "mining practical basis, to clarify the importance and necessity to build a common destiny of humanity around" What are the difficulties to find the problems faced in the process of construction, analyze the causes, to clear the main direction to build a common destiny of humanity; around "how to crack the problem of" face the reality, to explore the construction of a common destiny of mankind of the road. This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter mainly elaborates related theories on the common destiny of mankind. Including the concept of community, community of destiny is defined, and to reveal the fate of the human community essential meaning and basic features; the second chapter is devoted to exploring the fate of the human community thought resources, from classical writer Marx's idea of community, the concept of global China Communist Party, the deep accumulation of Chinese traditional culture and Western global governance thought about several aspects of mirror combing the historical context and theoretical origin of human fate concept; in the third chapter Based on the previous two chapters discusses the importance and necessity of the construction of a common destiny of mankind; the fourth chapter from the perspective of "five in one" depicts the construction of a common destiny of mankind in politics, economy, culture, security, analysis of specific issues facing the ecological aspects of the reason; the fifth chapter to solve the problem oriented also, face problems and causes from the "five in one" perspective, to explore the Countermeasures of establishing a common destiny of mankind.
