【摘要】：由民政部、國家發(fā)改委印發(fā)的《民政事業(yè)發(fā)展第十三個五年規(guī)劃》中提出要加快推進醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生與養(yǎng)老服務相結合,建立健全醫(yī)養(yǎng)結合體制機制和政策法規(guī),深化養(yǎng)老服務供給側改革,重點發(fā)展醫(yī)養(yǎng)結合型養(yǎng)老機構1。如何更好的開展養(yǎng)老機構醫(yī)療服務,滿足老年人的醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生服務需求,對我國老齡事業(yè)有著深遠意義。本文通過問卷調查方法調查了遼寧省養(yǎng)老機構醫(yī)療服務狀況,對養(yǎng)老機構的機構規(guī)模、醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生服務基礎條件、入住養(yǎng)員年齡分布、入住養(yǎng)員福利待遇情況、醫(yī)護人員數(shù)量及專業(yè)化水平等數(shù)據(jù)進行統(tǒng)計分析,并在調查數(shù)據(jù)中選取部分數(shù)據(jù)作為研究依據(jù)。論文內容由四個章節(jié)構成,第一章為研究的緒論部分,重點介紹了本次研究的問題意識、相關國內外文獻綜述、研究思路、方法以及研究的創(chuàng)新與不足。第二章主要對本次研究中的相關概念進行界定,以及提供支撐研究的相關政策及理論依據(jù)。第三章和第四章是對遼寧省養(yǎng)老機構醫(yī)療服務的現(xiàn)狀分析,通過對調查數(shù)據(jù)的整理,以及運用SPSS軟件對樣本數(shù)據(jù)進行統(tǒng)計,描述遼寧省養(yǎng)老機構醫(yī)療服務的現(xiàn)狀產生的問題,并對問題產生的原因進行分析。第五章是在以上研究分析的基礎上,對遼寧省養(yǎng)老機構醫(yī)療服務中所產生的問題提出對策建議,即本文的研究結論:對養(yǎng)老機構的醫(yī)療服務提供資金支持,推進養(yǎng)老機構與醫(yī)療機構之間的合作,加強養(yǎng)老機構醫(yī)護人員隊伍建設以及建立老年人長期護理保險制度是解決養(yǎng)老機構醫(yī)療服務問題的當務之急。
[Abstract]:The 13th Five-Year Plan for the Development of Civil Affairs, issued by the Ministry of Civil Affairs and the National Development and Reform Commission, proposes to speed up the integration of medical and health services with old-age services, and to establish and improve the system, mechanisms, policies and regulations of the combination of medical and nursing services. Deepen the old-age service supply-side reform, focus on the development of a combination of medical care and support pension institutions. 1. How to better carry out old-age care institutions medical services to meet the medical and health service needs of the elderly. 2. This paper investigated the status of medical service of old-age institutions in Liaoning Province, the scale of pension institutions and the basic conditions of medical and health services. Age distribution, welfare status, the number of medical and nursing staff and the level of specialization were analyzed statistically. And in the survey data selected part of the data as the research basis. The content of the paper consists of four chapters, the first chapter is the introduction of the study, focusing on the study of the awareness of issues, relevant domestic and foreign literature review. The second chapter mainly defines the related concepts in this study. The third chapter and 4th chapter is to analyze the current situation of medical services of pension institutions in Liaoning Province, through the collation of the survey data. And use SPSS software to carry on the statistics to the sample data, describe the current situation of the medical service of the old-age institution in Liaoning Province to produce the problem. And the causes of the problem are analyzed. Chapter 5th is on the basis of the above research and analysis, on the basis of medical services in Liaoning Province pension institutions to put forward countermeasures and suggestions. That is, the conclusion of this paper: to provide financial support for the medical services of pension institutions, and to promote the cooperation between pension institutions and medical institutions. It is urgent to strengthen the construction of medical staff and establish the long term nursing insurance system for the elderly.
