【摘要】：我國歷經(jīng)改革開放37年的發(fā)展,經(jīng)濟(jì)實力較為雄厚,與此同時,老年人的數(shù)量以及占人口總數(shù)的比例也在逐漸升高,各地老齡化程度上升。時代在發(fā)展,許多老年人也不再滿足于傳統(tǒng)的養(yǎng)老模式,對于養(yǎng)老有著不同的想法和見解。老年人更多的希望有一種適合自身經(jīng)濟(jì)條件以及身體狀況的養(yǎng)老模式。目前社會上涌現(xiàn)的居家養(yǎng)老模式有著較為良好的效果,在一定程度上緩解了社會養(yǎng)老的壓力,與此同時也實現(xiàn)了一些老年人在家養(yǎng)老的意愿。這種居家養(yǎng)老模式是以社區(qū)為依托,讓老人享受到高質(zhì)量的居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù),充分配置各類資源,實現(xiàn)物資高效率利用。全文重點對安徽省W市開展的居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行細(xì)致考察,實地了解W市老年人養(yǎng)老狀況以及W市居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù)的現(xiàn)狀,提取出目前W市在居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù)推廣中的一些紕漏和問題,并細(xì)致挑選國內(nèi)和國外具有代表性的居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù)典范,提出適合W市市情的有關(guān)建議。全文總計分為六部分,第一部分主要是緒論,重點講述本文具體背景、寫作意義、跟論題有關(guān)的研究綜述、具體研究方法以及詳細(xì)的內(nèi)容;并對社區(qū)、家庭、機構(gòu)以及居家養(yǎng)老等概念進(jìn)行界定,闡述了增能、福利多元、馬斯洛等理論內(nèi)容;第二部分則重點講述了 W市目前的居家養(yǎng)老發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,研究總結(jié)得出W市目前在居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù)上還存在的一些不足,如部門間聯(lián)動不夠、資金籌措較為單一、居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù)體系尚不健全、隊伍專業(yè)化水平不高、居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù)評價機制不夠完善、居家養(yǎng)老理念欠缺、文化服務(wù)建設(shè)滯后等;第三部分是基于W市老年人居家養(yǎng)老現(xiàn)狀與需求的調(diào)查分析,主要闡述了調(diào)查目的、調(diào)查對象及方法、調(diào)查內(nèi)容分析,了解到目前W市大部分的老人主要以居家養(yǎng)老為主,居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù)模式前景好;第四部分選取了北京、上海市、美、日、英、瑞典等居家養(yǎng)老典型模式以及對W市的借鑒之處;第五部分是對W市居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù)發(fā)展的建議;最后一部分是結(jié)語。
[Abstract]:After 37 years of reform and opening up, China's economic strength is relatively strong, at the same time, the number of the elderly and the proportion of the total population is also gradually rising, the degree of aging is rising. The times are developing. Many older people are no longer satisfied with the traditional old-age model. For the elderly have different ideas and opinions. The elderly more hope that there is a suitable for their own economic conditions and physical conditions of the old-age model. At present, the emergence of the home pension model has a relatively good effect. To some extent, it alleviates the pressure of social old-age support, and at the same time realizes the will of some elderly people to provide for the aged at home. This kind of home-based old-age care model is based on the community. Let the elderly enjoy high quality home pension services, fully allocate all kinds of resources, achieve efficient use of materials. This paper focuses on the content of home pension services carried out in W City, Anhui Province. Know the situation of the aged in W city and the current situation of the old-age care service at home in W city, extract some flaws and problems in the promotion of the old-age service at home in W city. And carefully select domestic and foreign representative home pension service model, put forward relevant suggestions suitable for the situation of W city. The full text is divided into six parts, the first part is the introduction, focusing on the specific background of this paper. Writing significance, research review related to the topic, specific research methods and detailed content; It also defines the concepts of community, family, institution and old-age care at home, and expounds the theoretical content of empowerment, welfare pluralism and Maslow. The second part focuses on the current situation of the development of home pension in W City, the study concluded that there are still some shortcomings in the home pension service in W City, such as insufficient interdepartmental linkage, financing is relatively single. The system of home pension service is not perfect, the level of specialization is not high, the evaluation mechanism of home pension service is not perfect, the concept of home pension is lacking, and the construction of cultural service is lagging behind. The third part is based on the investigation and analysis of the current situation and needs of the elderly aged at home in W city, mainly elaborated the investigation purpose, the investigation object and the method, the investigation content analysis. It is understood that most of the old people in W city mainly care for the aged at home, and there is a good prospect in the mode of home care service. Part 4th selected Beijing, Shanghai, the United States, Japan, Britain, Sweden and other typical home pension model and the reference to W City; The 5th part is the suggestion to the development of the old-age service at home in W city; The last part is the conclusion.
