【摘要】：在互聯網高速發(fā)展的現今時代,突發(fā)事件網絡輿情與人們的政治、文化、生活息息相關,越來越受到人們的重視。網絡輿情發(fā)展日益壯大,各國政府也意識到其在突發(fā)事件網絡輿情的管理和應對方面如果能發(fā)揮好的作用,有效的和民眾進行溝通,就能夠很好地化解突發(fā)輿情事件帶來的危機,創(chuàng)造一個文明、和諧的網絡環(huán)境,帶領全國各族人民同心同德,全面建設小康社會,因此加強了這方面的研究和建設。本文在充分利用國內外網站資源和文獻資料,進行大量研究的基礎上,總體把握了國外政府在應對突發(fā)事件網絡輿情的成功經驗,并深入調查了我國網絡輿情事件研究的現狀、特點以及在輿情應對方面所存在的問題,在此基礎上進行分析和研究,為我國應對突發(fā)事件網絡輿情提出了建設性意見和建議。
[Abstract]:In the era of the rapid development of the Internet, public opinion of emergency network is closely related to people's politics, culture and life, and is more and more valued by people. The network public opinion is growing stronger and stronger. Governments of all countries also realize that if they can play a good role in the management and response of emergency network public opinion and communicate effectively with the public, they can resolve the crisis brought about by sudden public opinion events. Create a civilized, harmonious network environment, leading the people of all ethnic groups in the country to work together to build a well-off society in an all-round way. Therefore, we strengthen the research and construction in this area. This paper makes full use of the domestic and foreign website resources and literature, and carries out a large number of research. Overall grasp the successful experience of foreign governments in responding to unexpected public opinion online, and in-depth investigation of the status quo, characteristics and problems in the area of public opinion response in China. On the basis of the analysis and research, the constructive suggestions and suggestions are put forward for our country to deal with the emergency network public opinion.
