【摘要】：習(xí)近平的民主思想是對(duì)馬克思主義民主理論的繼承和創(chuàng)新,是中國特色社會(huì)主義民主理論體系的重要組成部分。研究習(xí)近平的民主觀,對(duì)于發(fā)展中國特色社會(huì)主義民主有著重要的理論和實(shí)踐意義。文章主要從四個(gè)方面對(duì)習(xí)近平的民主思想進(jìn)行研究。一,習(xí)近平民主觀的形成與發(fā)展。理清習(xí)近平民主觀的形成和發(fā)展過程,是研究的前提。習(xí)近平民主觀的形成背景包括國際和國內(nèi)兩個(gè)方面,發(fā)展過程主要分為十八大以前和十八大以后兩個(gè)時(shí)期,其理論基礎(chǔ)是馬克思主義民主理論和中國特色社會(huì)主義民主理論。二,習(xí)近平的民主本質(zhì)觀。對(duì)于什么是民主以及中國特色社會(huì)主義本質(zhì)的認(rèn)識(shí)是習(xí)近平民主觀的重要內(nèi)容。習(xí)近平創(chuàng)造性的提出了民主的真諦,即找到全社會(huì)意愿和要求的最大公約數(shù),同時(shí)提出了政治民主化的評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),在此基礎(chǔ)上闡明了中國特色社會(huì)主義民主所具有的獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢(shì)。三,習(xí)近平的民主道路觀。民主如何建設(shè),習(xí)近平給出的答案是堅(jiān)持走中國特色社會(huì)主義民主發(fā)展道路,并在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)中國特色社會(huì)主義民主道路作了進(jìn)一步的拓展。包括推進(jìn)民主制度化和法治化,推進(jìn)依法治國和從嚴(yán)治黨,把民主融入到經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)和社會(huì)治理的全過程。四,習(xí)近平的民主實(shí)現(xiàn)形式觀。對(duì)于民主如何實(shí)現(xiàn)的問題,習(xí)近平提出了新的論述,指出民主不拘泥于某一種實(shí)現(xiàn)形式,而應(yīng)該多樣化,進(jìn)而提出實(shí)現(xiàn)中國特色社會(huì)主義民主要堅(jiān)持選舉民主和協(xié)商民主的統(tǒng)一、堅(jiān)持黨內(nèi)民主和人民民主的統(tǒng)一、堅(jiān)持探索和實(shí)踐基層民主。文章力求全面、準(zhǔn)確、客觀的研究習(xí)近平的民主思想,以習(xí)近平的系列講話為重要依據(jù)和支撐,從理論和實(shí)踐兩個(gè)方面探尋習(xí)近平對(duì)中國特色社會(huì)主義民主的創(chuàng)新和發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Xi Jinping's democratic thought is the inheritance and innovation of the Marx theory of democracy, and it is an important part of the socialist democratic theory system with Chinese characteristics. The study of Xi Jinping's view of democracy is of great theoretical and practical significance to the development of socialist democracy with Chinese characteristics. This article mainly studies Xi Jinping's democratic thought from four aspects. First, the formation and development of the commoners' subjectively. It is the prerequisite for the study to clarify the formation and development of the subjectively of the common people. The formation background of the populace's subjectively includes two aspects: international and domestic. The development process is mainly divided into eighteen periods and two periods. The theoretical basis is Marx's theory of democracy and the theory of socialist democracy with Chinese characteristics. Two, Xi Jinping's view of the essence of democracy. The understanding of what is democracy and the essence of socialism with Chinese characteristics is an important content of the people's subjectively. Xi Jinping creatively put forward the essence of democracy, that is to find the common denominator wishes and demands of the whole society, and puts forward the democratization of the political evaluation standard, to clarify the basis of the unique advantages of the socialist democracy has the characteristics Chinese. Three, Xi Jinping's view of the democratic road. How to build democracy, Xi Jinping's answer is to stick to the path of socialist democracy with Chinese characteristics, and further expand the socialist democratic road with Chinese characteristics on this basis. It includes the promotion of democratic institutionalization and the rule of law, the promotion of the rule of law and the strict administration of the party, and the integration of democracy into the whole process of economic construction and social governance. Four, Xi Jinping's view of the form of democracy. How to achieve democracy, Xi Jinping put forward a new discussion, pointing out that democracy does not rigidly adhere to a particular form, it should be diversified, and then put forward the realization of socialist democracy Chinese characteristics to adhere to the electoral democracy and deliberative democracy, unity, adhere to the unity of inner-party democracy and people's democracy to explore and practice of grassroots democracy. The article strives to study Xi Jinping's democratic thoughts comprehensively, accurately and objectively. With Xi Jinping's series speech as an important basis and support, Xi Jinping explores the innovation and development of Xi Jinping's socialist democracy with Chinese characteristics from two aspects of theory and practice.
