Dietary Factors Affect the Determination of True Phosphorus

近年來(lái),隨著消費(fèi)者對(duì)禽肉需求的增加和禽肉生產(chǎn)成本的降低,家禽生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)業(yè)比其他肉類(lèi)動(dòng)物生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)業(yè)增長(zhǎng)得更快。但目前家禽生產(chǎn)仍然面臨諸多營(yíng)養(yǎng)技術(shù)難題,如飼糧配方制定和營(yíng)養(yǎng)需求的準(zhǔn)確評(píng)定等。磷(P)是維持機(jī)體生長(zhǎng)和骨骼發(fā)育以及實(shí)現(xiàn)基因組功能所必需的一種常量礦物元素。肉雞日糧中含有大量的植物源性原料,這些原料中存在著如植酸或植酸鹽等抗?fàn)I養(yǎng)因子。由于肉雞對(duì)植酸磷的消化利用能力極其有限,導(dǎo)致了養(yǎng)分消化率的降低和糞便磷排泄量的增加,進(jìn)而加劇了對(duì)生態(tài)環(huán)境的污染。研究表明,日糧因素對(duì)肉雞表觀磷回腸消化率有著顯著的影響,但同時(shí)也會(huì)影響內(nèi)源性的磷損失。提示回腸真磷消化率才能準(zhǔn)確的反映和評(píng)定肉雞對(duì)日糧中磷的消化和吸收能力。因此,準(zhǔn)確評(píng)定肉雞的回腸真磷消化率并研究日糧因素在其中的影響,將有助于更精準(zhǔn)的配制環(huán)境友好型的肉雞日糧。日糧鈣磷比、磷水平以及蛋白來(lái)源和水平對(duì)肉雞表觀回腸磷消化率的影響已被諸多報(bào)道證實(shí),但關(guān)于上述日糧因素能否影響肉雞的回腸真磷消化率尚未見(jiàn)報(bào)道,有待進(jìn)一步研究。因此,本研究旨在采用線(xiàn)性回歸方法研究日糧因素對(duì)肉雞回腸真磷消化率的影響。本研究包括以下4個(gè)試驗(yàn):試驗(yàn)一旨在用線(xiàn)性回歸法研究不同鈣磷比(Ca...
