不同茄子品種葉片形態(tài)特征和化學(xué)揮發(fā)物對煙粉虱行為的影響

【摘要】:煙粉虱是最重要的農(nóng)業(yè)害蟲之一,在全球有六百多種寄主植物。煙粉虱對同種植物不同品種間的寄主選擇行為研究仍較少,同種植物的不同品種對煙粉虱抗性及機(jī)制尚未研究清楚。本研究中,我們通過觀察不同品種上煙粉虱成蟲的取食偏好、產(chǎn)卵、壽命、若蟲的發(fā)育與存活情況來評估煙粉虱在不同茄子品種上的適應(yīng)性。然后探究了茄子葉片的形態(tài)特征、葉片的化學(xué)組成以及茄子的揮發(fā)性有機(jī)化合物在煙粉虱-茄子互作中的作用。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示,煙粉虱更喜歡在JSZ和H149兩個(gè)茄子品種上取食和產(chǎn)卵,而品種TLB對煙粉虱顯示抗性。煙粉虱對JGL,JGZ,DYZ,QXZ和QXN等品種顯示中等的選擇性。煙粉虱在JSZ品種上產(chǎn)卵多、生存率高、若蟲發(fā)育周期最短且壽命顯著高于在其它品種上。茄子葉片表面毛的密度、長度以及葉片的厚度與煙粉虱成蟲以及卵呈顯著相關(guān)。煙粉虱更偏好適度亮綠色的葉片,而反射長波以及中間波長光的葉片很少能吸引它。色調(diào)的強(qiáng)弱對煙粉虱的吸引起著積極的作用,而亮度與顏色飽和度對煙粉虱的吸引起著消極的作用。葉片化學(xué)成分分析顯示,高感品種具有更高濃度的氮元素、氨基酸和葡萄糖,以及更低的水分含量?剐云贩N中則具有更高含量的酚類物質(zhì)。營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)與防御化學(xué)物質(zhì)共同影響著煙粉虱的若蟲和成蟲的生長狀況。不同品種茄子的葉片揮發(fā)物質(zhì)具有量和質(zhì)上的不同。感蟲品種釋放順式3-己烯-1-醇、葉醇、α-芳樟醇、2-乙烯基-1,1-二甲基-3-亞甲基環(huán)己烷等可能吸引煙粉虱的化合物。而抗性品種釋放出α-蒎烯、萘、2-甲基-、(Z,E)-α-法尼烯、α-蛇麻烯、羅漢柏稀、甘菊環(huán)、α-古巴烯和α-花柏烯等可能排斥煙粉虱的化合物。本實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果為探明不同因素對茄子防御煙粉虱提供重要信息。
[Abstract]:Bemisia Tabaci is one of the most important agricultural pests. There are more than 600 host plants in the world. The resistance of different varieties of the same plant to Bemisia Tabaci and its mechanism have not been clearly studied. In this study, we observed the feeding preference, spawning and longevity of the adult Bemisia Tabaci on different varieties. The development and survival of nymphs were used to evaluate the adaptability of whitefly to different eggplant varieties. The chemical composition of leaves and the role of volatile organic compounds of eggplant in the interaction between Bemisia Tabaci and eggplant showed that Bemisia Tabaci preferred to feed and lay eggs on JSZ and H149 eggplant varieties. Bemisia Tabaci showed resistance to Bemisia Tabaci. Bemisia Tabaci showed moderate selectivity to JGGZ, DYZOQXZ and QXN. Bemisia Tabaci spawned more eggs and had a high survival rate on JSZ varieties, but the resistance of Bemisia Tabaci to Bemisia Tabaci was higher than that of BPH. The density, length and thickness of leaves on eggplant leaves were significantly correlated with the adults and eggs of Bemisia Tabaci. Bemisia Tabaci preferred moderately bright green leaves. The intensity of hue plays a positive role in the attraction of whitefly, while brightness and color saturation play a negative role in the attraction of Bemisia Tabaci. Highly susceptible varieties have higher concentrations of nitrogen, amino acids and glucose, And lower water content. Resistant varieties have higher content of phenols. Nutrients and defense chemicals affect the growth of whitefly nymphs and adults. Leaf volatilization of different eggplant varieties. The matter is different in quantity and quality. The susceptible species release cis-3-hexene-1-ol, Leaf alcohol, 偽 -linalool 2-vinyl-1-dimethyl-3-methylcyclohexane and other compounds that may attract Bemisia Tabaci. Chamomile ring, 偽 -Cubene and 偽 -anthobenes may exclude whitefly compounds. The results of this study provide important information for eggplant's defense against Bemisia Tabaci (Bemisia Tabaci) by different factors.
